How can I get a Cryosthesia 77k Catalyst and Masterwork it?
Stasis Trigger Quest must be completed to obtain a Catalyst. During it you have to do dozens of kills in both PvP and PvE activites. Masterwork requires a 700 kills to be done, which is a huge number.
How does it make my gun better?
The Catalyst will unlock you a Cold Efficiency perk. With it you will be able to refill your magazine by killing a frozen enemy. A full magazine in the middle of the battle can save your life.
