Is it hard to unlock a ager's scepter catalyst?

It sure is. You have to complete Astral Alignment Activity and get it as a drop from a Wayfinder’s Trove. Chance is random and the drop is never guaranteed. This is not the end yet! You have to do 1000 kills with it to unlock a Masterwork upgrade. This is a long, boring and monotonous process.
