Midnight Tier Set Crafting
In WoW Midnight, you can craft a tier set piece from the items you receive as a raid, Mythic+, or the Great Vault reward. To do this, you need to accumulate Season 1 Catalyst Charges (granted once a week per character), then put the desired item piece into the Catalyst and transform it.
