WoW Legion Remix Features
Why play WoW Legion Remix? This limited-time timerunning event will take us back in time to the era of the Burning Legion invasion, letting us relive all the key moments from that expansion. Also, all Legion Dungeons will become available. All Raids from the Legion expansion will open their doors. And of course, you’ll get to see the full story Campaign once more.
Here’s what else to expect from World of Warcraft Legion Remix:
- Order Halls;
- Artifact weapons;
- Legion assaults;
- World quests;
- Invasion points;
- Withered Training.
WoW Legion Remix Currency
Just like the previous Remix that took us to Pandaria, WoW Legion Remix will feature its own special Timerunning currency — Bronze. You’ll be able to loot Bronze from caches, earn it through various activities, and collect it during Skyriding.
Can you earn Bronze on Argus in WoW Legion Remix? Absolutely yes. While flying is not available on Argus, you’ll have to use a unique mechanic: using a special mechanism will transform you into a Wyrmtongue, allowing you to move faster and collect Bronze Orbs.
📌 Note: Bronze in Legion Remix is used only for purchasing cosmetics.
WoW Legion Remix Artifact Weapons
In WoW Legion Remix, Artifact Weapons make their big return. This system brings a fresh layer of dynamism and customization, giving you plenty of ways to shape your weapon exactly the way you want.
Since time flows faster in Timerunning events, all core mechanics get a similar speed boost. Your weapons will be infused with Infinite magic, letting you power them up more effectively and much faster than in the original Legion. Here’s what you can do with your Artifact Weapons in World of Warcraft Legion Remix:
- Choose a weapon school: Nature, Fel, Arcane, Storm, or Holy Light;
- Focus on mastering a single school for stacking effects;
- Mix and match different schools for hybrid effects;
- Respecialize whenever you want to change your approach.
If you want to get Legion Artifact Appearance for the current timeline, our team is ready to help you. We can get all 5 appearances in the blink of an eye; you won’t have to farm it yourself.
How to Upgrade Artifact Weapons in WoW Legion Remix?
To make your Legion Remix Artifact Weapon even stronger, you’ll need Artifactum Sand. This special resource lets you level up your weapon, enhance its stats, and unlock unique effects to further tailor it to your playstyle in WoW Legion Remix.
Artifactum Sand can be earned from nearly any activity: whether you’re farming mobs, completing quests (including the story campaign), or starting other Legion Remix content.
Some weapon upgrades in Legion Remix will benefit not just you, but your entire Warband. For example, the Perfected Epoch Memento boosts all experience gained in Legion Remix by 10% for every character in your Warband.
WoW Legion Remix Infinite Research
In WoW Legion Remix, you’ll have plenty to keep you busy thanks to the Infinite Research quest system. Each day, you can choose from several available objectives, which include:
- Gather Timewarped Herbs and Ores;
- Collect Residual Time Motes;
- World Campaigns;
- Normal Dungeons.
Every time you pick a new task, you’ll get a quest — for example, running a few Normal dungeons or gathering a set amount of herbs and ore. Completing it will reward you with a Cache of Infinite Power, packed with valuable goodies to boost your Legion Remix adventure.
WoW Legion Remix Time Warped Obelisks
On top of the features we all remember from the original Legion, Timerunning in WoW Legion Remix brings even more fresh activities and mechanics. One example is the Time Warped Obelisks — special objects that can power up your character, grant unique buffs, and more.
You’ll find these obelisks scattered all across the Broken Isles, and there are a couple of ways to interact with them:
- Activate the obelisk to receive a buff;
- Activate the obelisk and defeat the spawned enemy for a shot at epic loot.
WoW Legion Remix The Shattered Timeline
Blizzard has taken inspiration from their World Tiers system in Diablo, and we’ll see that influence in WoW Legion Remix. You’ll now be able to raise your game’s difficulty by entering the Shattered Timeline — the Heroic World Tier. As expected, this tier comes with tougher challenges, enemies sporting increased health and damage, new buffs, and more surprises to test your skills.
WoW Legion Remix Mythic+
The Mythic Keystone system made its debut in Legion, and now it’s returning in WoW Legion Remix with a few adjustments. Blizzard hopes that players will use the system to its fullest, but it’s still a mystery what we will be able to achieve with these M+ Timeworn Keystones.
📌 Note: Most of the original Legion affixes will be working, alongside four brand-new ones under the banner of Eternus’ Trials.
The Mage Tower in Legion Remix
The Mage Tower was one of Legion’s most iconic features, and while Blizzard hasn’t yet revealed the exact plans for its Remix version, it’s almost certain to return in some form. One thing is confirmed — Artifact weapon appearances from the original Mage Tower won’t be obtainable during Legion Remix.
WoW Legion Remix Rewards
WoW Legion Remix offers a vast variety of rewards, with a mix of brand-new collectibles, returning favorites, and exclusive cosmetics. Below is an overview of what you can (and cannot) get during the event.
WoW Legion Remix New Rewards
Among the new rewards for WoW Legion Remix completion, we have mounts, transmog items, and even titles:
- Fel-Infused Class Mounts (for every class, except Evoker);

- Corrupted Shalamayne (Varian’s sword);
- Chronoscholar <name>;

WoW Legion Remix Legacy Rewards
Legacy Rewards are the rewards that were once available in the original Legion timeline, and now they return in WoW Legion Remix:

- Felshroud Leather Armor Ensemble;
- Fel-Chain Mail Armor Ensemble;
- Felforged Plate Armor Ensemble;

WoW Legion Remix Special Legacy Drops
Remember the most-wanted items from Legion expansion? They return again, and you’ll have a chance to get them in WoW Legion Remix. These Legacy Rare Drops include:
- The First Satyr’s Spaulders — Rare drop from Xavius;
- Scythe of the Unmaker — New color variant of Argus’ weapon drop;
- Violet Spellwing — Also purchasable as a legacy reward.
WoW Legion Remix Not Available Rewards
Unfortunately, not all items are available as rewards in WoW Legion Remix. We will not see the following rewards in the current Timerunning event:
- Mage Tower Artifact Appearances;
- Artifact Weapon Appearances from PvP;
- Seasonal PvP Gear.
You can still get some Mage Tower rewards for your current character in the original World of Warcraft timeline, thanks to our professional team, who can complete all challenges in the tower.
As you can see, only a few rewards will remain exclusive to players who earned them during Legion. Therefore, you still have a chance to get all the new and rare rewards for your characters.
That wraps up our WoW Legion Remix Overview, bringing you all the useful and currently known information. We’re eagerly awaiting new details so we can share even more about Infinite Research, the Shattered Timeline, and Time-Warped Obelisks.
