One of the sources of the most hyped and coveted WoW mounts in all the times were raids. Starting from the first World of Warcraft expansions, some raid bosses can drop the very rare riding beasts, and starting from the Wrath of the Lich King players have an opportunity to get extra mounts by completing the Glory of the Raider achievements. Today’s raids aren’t an exception, and in this guide, you will find the full list of the Dragonflight Raid Mounts and all the ways to obtain them.
How to Get Dragonflight Raid Mounts
In the text below you will find all the information you need to become closer to mounts from the Dragonflight raids. In the case of Glory of the Raider mounts, you can learn even short tactics for every part of the achievement. But right now, let’s visualize the full list of Dragonflight raid mounts themselves, and get a quick look at their sources:

Awakened Raids Mount
As with other raids, we have several achievements for completing Awakened versions of raids. But this time, in Dragonflight Season 4, there are some changes. The achievement for completing the Normal difficulty of all Dragonriding Awakened raids is the Voyaging Wilderlings Harness mount, a Dragonflight-themed skin of the Shadowlands Wilderling models. For Heroic difficulty you will get a title Heroic: Awakening the Dragonflight Raids, and for Mythic — Mythic: Awakening the Dragonflight Raids raid teleports.
Important note: This mount skin is a new version of the model, not just a recolor of the Shadowlands mounts.
Vault of the Incarnates Mounts
The first Dragonflight raid, during the completion of what players should stop the ancient proto-dragon Raszageth the Storm-Eater and the Primalist cult from the awakening of the other powerful Primal Incarnates, allows players to enhance their collection with two mounts and one rare Dragonriding skin.
Raging Magmammoth
The first one, Raging Magmammoth, is a reward for the completion of the Glory of the Vault Raider meta-achievement.

Like all other Glory achievements, this challenge requires you to have a well-experienced raid group with pretty good chemistry to complete the tricky tactics during the boss fight. Glory of the Vault Raider consists of eight specific parts which should be completed on Normal or higher difficulty:
- What Frozen Things Do – during the fight with Eranog, you should find the Frozen Portal Stone on the left side of the trash area before the boss. Use it to summon the Burning Behemoth and kite the mob through Eranog lava pulls to thaw him up and kill. After that, just kill the boss instead;
- Little Friends – during the first phase of the fight with Terros, find three Dormant Earth rocks. Players under the effect of the Awakened Earth (check the circles around players) should use this ability to damage the Dormant Earths at the same time. After that, defeat all mobs which will appear, and kill the boss;
- The Lunker Below – just show your fishing skills to summon Lurking Lunker and kill the Primal Council ignoring the Lunker;
- I Was Saving That For Later – find the five cocoons with five mysterious captives during the boss fight and kill the small toxic spiders near them to free all the NPC. All they will die after one of the boss casts which will pull all the targets to Sennarth, The Cold Breath;
- The Power is MINE! — kite Kurog Grimtotem through four quadrants in the right order (Earth > Fire > Air > Frost) to summon the Primal Avatar. Kill the both enemies;
- Nothing But Air – during the Dathea, Ascended boss fight, find and collect eight Condensed Gales. Three of them will be placed at the Volatile Infusers outside the main platform, use players who can get back on the main platform to catch these orbs. Five other Condensed Gales can be caught after the Cyclone knockups. Just fly through all of them and kill the boss;
- Incubation Extermination – let Broodkeeper Diurna use the Rapid Incubation near the eggs of four various types to summon four different Nascent Proto-Dragons. Now you should defeat all of them in 10 seconds and kill the boss;
- The Ol Raszle Daszle – during the first intermission of the last Vault of the Incarnates encounter, two players should find two Concentrated Storm Essences on the side platforms. After that, during phase three, these players should find each other and go to the Raging Storm lightning to summon the Concentrated Storm. Kill it, and don’t forget to kill the Raszageth the Storm-Eater to be rewarded with the Glory of the Vault Raider meta-achievement and raid-related mount.
Iskaara Trader’s Ottuk
Another Vault of the Incarnates mount can be exchanged from Tattukiaka Ottuk Trader in Iskaara, the Azure Span 14.0 49.6. All you need to get the Iskaara Trader’s Ottuk mount is to be pretty lucky to get the Terros’s Captive Core from Terros (2nd boss raid boss) and Eye of the Vengeful Hurricane from Dathea, Ascended (5th boss).

Embodiment of the Storm-Eater
Finally, you can get the last Vault of the Incarnates reward from the Raszageth the Storm-Eater by killing the boss on every difficulty. Of course, the drop rate of the Renewed Proto-Drake: Embodiment of the Storm-Eater Drakewatcher Manuscript is very low, but it gives you an opportunity to transform your Renewed Proto-Drake Dragonriding mount into Raszageth herself.

So, you have at least one reason for weekly LFR runs. Or use our Raszageth Skin to save your time.
Aberrus the Shadowed Crucible Mounts
The confrontation with the old Neltharion soldiers under Scalecommander Sarkareth guidance allows players to ride two more Dragonflight Raid mounts.
Embodiment of the Hellforged
The second Dragonflight raid continued the idea of transforming the raid bosses into the Dragonriding mounts, and let players ride Kazzara the Hellforged, the second boss of the Aberrus the Shadowed crucible. Players have a low chance to get Highland Drake: Embodiment of the Hellforged from Aberrus last boss Sarkareth, with a very low drop rate on any difficulty except the Mythic mode.

At the same time, the defeating of the Mythic Sarkareth allows the raid group to loot two Drakewatcher Manuscripts per run, but with the start of the next expansion, the drop rate will be decreased. So, hurry up to transform your Highland Drake into the Kazzara the Hellforged while you have the bigger chances.
Shadowflame Shalewing
The second and last Aberrus raid mount, Shadowflame Shalewing, is a reward for completion of the Glory of the Aberrus Raider meta-achievement. Defeating the Scalecomander Sarkareth and his minions, who want to unveil the secrets of the Neltharion legacy, will give you an opportunity to ride one of Zaraleck Cavern rays with a spectacular flaming appearance.

This challenge requires you to kill nine raid bosses following the encounter-specific tactics and mechanics:
- Cosplate — in Kazzara room, you should find the interactable Magma Vortex on your right side in the lava. Click on it to get the Hellsteel Plating debuff. Now, you should take about one-two frontal strikes from the boss to change the debuff on Shattered Hellsteel. Be aware, that this is a personal achievement;
- I’ll Make My Own Shadowflame — during the Shadowflame Amalgamation boss fight, you should find the Forgotten Specimen Tank on the left side of the room. Stand near this object to effect it with Umbral Detonation from the Essence of Shadow, Fiery Meteor from the Eternal Blaze, and Blistering Twilight from Shadowflame Amalgamation. When the Shadowflame Remnant spawns, just kill it before the bosses;
- Tabula Rasa — free the Nutraal NPC from the tank before the stairs to the Forgotten Experiments room. Now, your new friend will endlessly run across the room during the boss fight, and you should put Nutraal under 3 strikes of Rending Charge during phase one, 3 strikes of the Volatile Spew during phase two, and 3 strikes of Deep Breath during phase three. When NPC get 3 stacks of each debuff, you can kill the bosses;
- Are You Even Trying? — find all the required creations on the platform before the start of the Assault of the Zaqali and mark all of them. Take one of the stones that appear after the Heavy Cudgel cast and position yourself in the front of the boss to get three charges of pebbles. Throw these pebbles in the poor small creations and kill the boss;
- Whac-A-Swog — click the level on the right side of the doorway into Rashok’s room to free the Lost Lunker. After that, pull the boss, track the Searing Slam cast, and try to hit the Lunker with this spell. While the giant toad jumps randomly, having a lot of players with great mobility can help you;
- Eggscellent Eggsecution — find the Delicate Experimental Egg before the Vigilant Steward Zskarn boss room. When one of the raiders takes it, this player will run for 60 seconds without an opportunity to stop. At the end of the minute, the other player should catch the egg, tracking the mark on the floor. Use RP walk during the boss fight and avoid all strikes from Zskarn;
- Escar-Go-Go-Go — find 20 Spicy Lava Snails around Magmorax during the boss fight and use the extra action button to feed this devil beast. Be aware, that each of Spicy Lava Snails will increase the difficulty of the fight, while you also should be prepared to the damage from the lava pools while collecting all the snails;
- Objects in Transit May Shatter — all starts from the collecting of four items in various corners of Aberrus: Expired Experiment (large vat on the left after the first boss), Stack of Scrolls (go up the chain after the room of the Rashok), Neverburning Ebon Candle (walk the right side of the Assault of the Zaqali room instead of going left to the boss to find the item in the back of the room behind a cart), and “Portable” Ebon Anvil (70% movement reduction, up the chain after the Forgotten Experiments room). Take all this stuff and go to the Echo of Neltharion boss. During the fight, the players with these strange items should wait for the Rushing Darkness cast and knock into the walls holding the items to crash them. After that, just kill the boss, it should be the easier part;
- We’ll Never See That Again, Surely — after the Echo of Neltharoin boss fight, you will fall into the pool. Just dive in until you get the Lump of Flesh debuff. Your HP will be reduced by 30%. Now, just try to survive Phase 1, and use the extra action button on the edge of the platform during the intermission. After that, kill the Scalecommander Sarkareth, but be aware, that achievement is personal.
As you can see, obtaining the Shadowflame Shalewing mount is a truly tough challenge. But our team is always ready to help you to enhance your collection by completing the guaranteed Glory of the Aberrus Raider achievement for you.
Amirdrassil the Dream’s Hope Mounts
Fighting for the future of the Night Elves and their new home, the new World Tree, in the depths of the Emerald Dream seems to be the last Dragonflight raid. On this occasion, the developers became generous and pleased us with two Dragonriding mounts skins and two mounts, including the outstanding Mythic mount.
Fyrakk Dragonriding Skins
Amirdrassil Dragonriding skins allow players to transform their Renewed Proto-Drake into the last boss of the raid Fyrakk before and after absorbing the Shadowflame in Zaralek Cavern.

And while one of the rewards is guaranteed, the other is quite random:
- Renewed Proto-Drake: Embodiment of the Blazing will be a reward for the completion of A Glowing Memento quest you can get after killing the Heroic Fyrakk. Be aware, that this rare reward will be available only in Dragonflight expansion, so don’t miss your chance to get it;
- Renewed Proto-Drake: Embodiment of Shadowflame will be a rare Dragonriding skin which drops from all difficulties including the LFR with a very low drop chance.
Shadow Dusk Dreamsaber
Another mount, as always, will be a reward for the Glory of the Dream Raider. The Emerald Dream wild beast Shadow Dusk Dreamsaber will be yours after defeating the nine bosses and completing the nine parts of the meta-achievement.

Right now, we don’t have the exact tactics and lifehacks which can help you to complete all these challenges much faster, but you can learn more about the particular Glory of the Dream Raider achievements and their requirements in the list below:
- Meaner Pastures
- Cruelty Free
- Swog Champion
- Ducks In A Row
- Don’t Let the Doe Hit You On The Way Out
- A Dream Within a Dream
- Haven’t We Done This Before?
- Whelp, I’m Lost

Stay tuned, because we’ll update our guide once we get the detailed information.
Anu’relos Flame’s Guidance
Finally, the main Amirdrassil reward will get only the most experienced players who complete the raid on Mythic difficulty. Players can acquire two Anu’relos Flame’s Guidance after every Fyrakk kill, and we are sure that all raid participants will fight for them.

And that’s because Anu’relos Flame’s Guidance is the only mount in the game which can use dynamic fly, just like Dragonriding mounts. It means that you can ride across the Dragon Isles at insane speeds, not only on a few annoying drakes from your collection. And if you want to ride this flaming bird among the first, you can check our Anu’relos Flame’s Guidance.
Of course, you always can try to find a suitable raid group and to tame this famous fire owl mount by yourself. But don’t forget that you can always find the most experienced raiders on Overgear.
As you can see, Dragonflight raids brought us a lot of incredible mounts. We hope our Dragonflight Raid Mounts guide has helped you to learn more about them, and you’ll get every coveted Dragonriding skin, or riding beast as fast as it is possible.
