Wavesplitter Exotic Trace Rifle

Wavesplitter once was a PS4-only Exotic, but now is available on any platform! It's a trace rifle with its intrinsic perk being the ability to have 3 damage modes that are switching randomly. But you can force Wavesplitter to go into the highest damage mode by picking up the Orb of Power. This thing melts targets quite well both in PvP and PvE!
