Titles are the result of completing seals. Seals are the sets of the most complicated and difficult triumphs. You will literally spend days trying to get yourself a title, there're no easy titles to get, btw. The Splintered title is all about working your way through the Beyond Light campaign, enhancing your Stasis abilities, and looking for hidden stuff on Europa and Cosmodrome.
