Nezarec's Whisper was released in Season 17. It is included in the Derelict Leviathan drop pool. Focus your efforts on the Nightmare Containment Tier III public activity and Sever mission. Use your Vestiges of Dread in order to roll the dice with the Glaive. To increase your chances, loot the Calus's chests around the Leviathan every time you can.
