Unlocking Divinity includes these quest steps:

Defeat the Minotaur — you need to kill the boss near the GoS raid entrance and collect the exotic engrame to start the quest;
Scan 3 Oracles — you need to find 3 Vex confluxes in Lost Sectors across Nessus and scan them;
Kill 120 Vex — this step is relatively easy, but keep in mind that only Sol Vex count;
Solve Garden of Salvation puzzle — this is probably the hardest part, as it requires a special riddle to be completed during the raid, which includes 6 people actions.

While the early steps can be completed solo, you’d have to complete special puzzles while in the raid if you want to get the rifle.
