At first glance, Breakneck is just another auto rifle with Rampage perk on it. It certainly is, until you notice the second perk called "Onslaught" - this weapon increases the rate of fire as you stack Rampage. This is the game changer! At Rampage x3 Breakneck transforms into an extremely long-ranged annihilating machine gun. It's quite average in PvP, but for PvE, oof... Go shred some mobs!
