Unlocking Siren Isle
Let’s start with the answer to a question which bothers a lot of players — “How to unlock Siren Isle?” To unlock the Siren Isle, you need to pick up a quest — The Expedition Awaits — from Dawn, a questgiver in the Foundation Hall in Dornogal. The quest starts a chain of related quests which eventually will grant you the coveted Ring and grant access to the Siren Isle and it’s violent storms and beautiful views. Here’s a list of all quests that you are going to undertake:
- The Radiant Vault (This quest grants you Cyrce’s Circlet);
- Reforged Anew (This quest grants you Windsinger’s Runed Citrine that can be placed in the Ring);
- The Circlet Calls (This quest will teach you how to put Gems into the Cyrce’s Circlet‘s sockets, and grant an access to the Isle).
Siren Isle Location
Siren Isle is a new island located in Khaz Algar region, near the Isle of Dorn. It can also be seen on the Isle of Dorn map. Once you’ve unlocked the WoW The War Within Siren Isle, you travel there on a convenient comfortable Zepellin. But is there another way to get to the Isle, if you need to get back ASAP from the Inn where you’ve placed your Heartstone? Fortunatelly, yes! And it’s a Mole Machine.
How to Get to the Siren Isle
To get to the Siren Isle you can use the Siren Isle Mole Machine — a special technology, which brings you directly to the Isle. The Mole Machine is located at /way 46.0 30.2 outside of Gundargaz in the Ringing Deeps. It can help you to travel to and from the Siren Isle within moments, so make sure not to miss the Machine.
Of course, your character’s level should also be appropriate. If you want a new character to travel to the Siren Isle, or your main is not prepared yet, we can help you with the Power Leveling of your character. The area will be full of high-level enemies and gear upgrades for level 80 characters, so with our help you won’t miss any content.
Flying on Siren Isle
Siren Isle Flying mechanic is generally the same as usual: you can use the basic Normal flying option as long as you are on a non-storm Siren Isle territory (this ability is conditional and we are going to discuss it further). However, the storming realm requires extra solution to be able to fly, and this s where you need to learn about Experimental Go-Pack. This technology can help you to get in the air even during the strongest Siren Isle winds during the period of Seafury Tempest debuff activity, but only for a short period of time. There’s also an option that will allow you to fly in the non-storming area — Wings of the Siren. Let’s see the details of unlocking both options.
Experimental Go-Pack
While flying during good weather is a piece of cake, storms and winds require preparations and special attention. That’s why you need to obtain Experimental Go-Pack ASAP. The Go-Pack is an item (or a pack of items, to be fair), which helps to launch your character into the air. You can repeat the jumps, as well as you can replenish your Go-Packs and carry x10 at a time.
To get access to the Experimental Go-Pack you should complete the Peak Precision quest first: “Activate 6 Survey Machines using the Experimental Go-Pack to help reach them”.
- Survey Machines activated (6);
- Survey Machines activated (6);
- Survey Machines activated (6);
- Survey Devices around Siren Isle activated (6);
- Go-Pack activated.
That’s it! Once the quest is completed, you can buy Go-Packs from Sally Boltwrench by Flotsam Shoal in non-storm Siren Isle. The cost of a pack equals 10 Flame-Blessed Iron.
📌 Note: You can use Experimental Go-Pack both in storming and non-storming parts of Siren Isle.
Wings of the Siren
So, obtaining the Wings of the Siren is the condition that we’ve mentioned in the verry beginning of this section. Like many new zones, Siren Island is a non-flying area, but with the Wings you’ll be able to take up to the skies. Wings of the Siren is basically an upgrade for your Cyrce’s Circlet. As being said in the spell’s description, “Cyrce’s Circlet now passively allows you to control the winds”, thus it allows you to air travel.
So, to be finally able to control the winds, complete the Cyrce Would Be So Proud quest, requiring you to Survive a ride in the Skypiercer. Finishing the quest will grant you an ability to control the winds and fly, but only when there’s no storm. Otherwise, get back to the Experimental Go-Pack.
Alternatively, you can leave this task for our pro team, who’ll unlock all the Siren Isle Flying options for you.
What to Do on Siren Isle
There’s plenty of Siren Isle Activities in WoW TWW. In this section of our dedicated guide we are going to overview the Things To Do On Siren Isle and share the best ways to spend your time in this zone.
Surely, one of the primary objectives would be to get and empower the Cyrce’s Circlet, the similar to one that we saw back then in Dragonflight and once belonged to a powerful Siren. Experienced players can consider this ring as a newly made replacement for famous Onyx Annulet. Similarly, it also grants us the ability to put specific gems in it’s sockets. You can read about this essential jewelry in our updated Cyrce’s Circlet Guide. And now, let’s see what to do on Siren Isle:
- Flame-Blessed Iron Farming;
- Major Excavations Event;
- Obtaining Catch-Up Gear.
Some say that Siren Isle is a perfect place to level up your alternate characters, but this is more of a ‘side quest’ for yourself. This newly made outdoor environment is full of dangers, so it’s mostly up to you.
If you are not sure that your gear is good enough for smooth completing of all these activities, reach out to our team and ask for the Powerful Gear that you need: 600-620 ilvl, PvE or PvP, and no worries about long hours of grind.
New Currency — Flame-Blessed Iron
As we know, Blizzard is a big fan of making a new form of currency for every special occasion, and this time they brought us an exclusive currency — Flame-Blessed Iron. This is a New Siren Isle Currency used to purchase plentiful rewards and items on the Isle, including all types of gear and transmogrifications. Farming Flame-Blessed Iron is relatively easy, though a bit time-consuming task. The currency drops from the following activities on Siren Isle:
- Common mobs: 1-5
Flame-Blessed Iron; - Elite mobs: 5-25
Flame-Blessed Iron; - Rare mobs: 100-150
Flame-Blessed Iron; - Treasure Chests: 25-75
Flame-Blessed Iron; - Major Excavation Events (Boss Drops): 250-300
Flame-Blessed Iron; - Daily Quests: 200
Flame-Blessed Iron.
If you want to get Flame-Blessed Iron faster and easier, reach out to our team of pro players, who can complete this task for you. They are trained professionals, and know how to easily take down Rare Mobs and where to find Treasure Chest.
Major Excavations
Major Excavations is an event on Siren Isle. The event starts after 30 contributions of x5 Flame-Blessed Iron (=150 Flame-Blessed Iron per 1 Major Excavation). You can contribute your currency to one of three teams: Shuddering Hollow, The Drain, The Drowned Lair.
With the start of the Major Excavations Event, the team you contributed to will start working on the area. You’ll have 3 mins to get to the area before the workers clear the territory and the Event Boss, a Rare mob, appears. Killing the Rare mob completes the event, and within a 5 min CD you can start contributing again to trigger another Major Excavations.
The team that you contributed to for Major Excavations will grant you their special reward:
- Shuddering Hollow — Crate of Bygone Riches;
- The Drain — Thunderlord’s Crackling Citrine;
- The Drowned Lair — Mariner’s Hallowed Citrine.
Catch-Up Gear
Good news for transmog lovers! The Siren Isle gear offers new transmog options, which are a recolor of The War Within dungeon gear. Surely, it’s not much, but maybe these recolored items are the last puzzle in your character’s look.
For those who somehow missed the opportunity to get the gear with relevant ilvl, Siren Isle offers a variety of purchesable 584 ilvl gear. You can use Flame-Blessed Iron to obtain these sites from the vendors. Here’s the items’ cost:
| Item | Cost |
