In this WoW How to Become Employee of the Month guide, we are going to explore how to get the Employee of the Month achievement, and which steps towards the achievement might actually work. It’s been over three months since World of Warcraft Patch 11.1 Undermine(d) launched on February 25, but a mystery remains unsolved to this day: how to unlock C.H.E.T.T.’s Employee of the Month.

WoW Completing Employee of the Month Achievement

WoW How to Become Employee of the Month

The Employee of the Month achievement in World of Warcraft is an achievement linked to the Undermine zone, and is allegedly earned by turning in Completed C.H.E.T.T. Lists to the C.H.E.T.T. However, many players struggle to get it, as the requirements for completion are widely unknown.

In a recent player report shared in the community, Wowhead user akumei4th claims to have earned the Employee of the Month Feat of Strength in World of Warcraft Patch 11.1. According to their post, a previously unseen dialogue option suddenly appeared at the C.H.E.T.T. machine:

“…it states that a red flashing light or button is going off…”

Selecting it granted them the achievement and the coveted title. While the player had already turned in over 100 completed lists, they admitted they had no idea what specific action triggered the reward. Here’s a possible way to get the Employee of the Month achievement:

  1. Start Weekly with Alts. Every week, log into different alts (initially, topicstarter speaks about 18 of their alts). Grab the first free C.H.E.T.T. card on each one to maximize opportunities.
  2. Focus All Turn-ins on Your Main. After collecting cards across alts, do all C.H.E.T.T. list completions and turn-ins only on your main character.
  3. Farm C.H.E.T.T. Cards via Delves. Run delves regularly to farm additional C.H.E.T.T. cards throughout the week. Prioritize quick and efficient routes to maximize card drops.
  4. Turn in Cards Daily. Aim to complete and turn in at least one C.H.E.T.T. list per day on your main character.
  5. Track Progress. Keep an eye on your total completed lists. In this case, the player hit around 250 turn-ins before earning the achievement.

Hopefully, this can be a solution for other players who haven’t yet received the desired achievement. But do not worry if you aren’t lucky this time, as you can focus on other upcoming achievements, e.g., Dastardly Duos — the newest achievement. It can easily become yours with the help of our pro players, just ask!

WoW Community Tips on Employee of the Month

Players confirm that turning in 1 Completed C.H.E.T.T. List a day for 7 days/2 weeks/1 month didn’t trigger the achievement. Additionally, it’s important to remember that turning in the lists to their cartel quartermaster for Finder’s Fee does not count as progress. Many players also suggest that in order to progress towards the Employee of the Month achievement, you need to turn in all lists to C.H.E.T.T..

In fact, some players have already started to believe that gaining the Employee of the Month achievement in WoW The War Within is only possible through a random monthly selection. Others suggest hidden requirements based on efficiency, loyalty to specific goblin cartels, or secret triggers tied to Undermine’s underground mechanics.

While chasing the title might seem futile, getting a Master Blaster Feats of Strength achievement is 100% possible, especially with the help of our dedicated team. Do not forget that we can always make your gameplay easier and more enjoyable!

WoW What is Employee of the Month Achievement

Among the central systems introduced in WoW The War Within Patch 11.1 were the C.H.E.T.T. Lists — short lists of things that players can do to gain rewards. These are connected to the C.H.E.T.T.mate achievement, which players can gain by completing 100 full lists — or, more mysteriously, by being granted the Employee of the Month title. Currently, only 0.0005% of players (according to Data for Azeroth ) have earned the Employee of the Month title.

The achievement description says: “Prove yourself as C.H.E.T.T.’s most dedicated and hardest working “employee” of the last pay period”.

But to this day, it’s still unclear what the requirements are to become the Employee of the Month.
