You can continue to review the changes in our Dragonflight Professions guide, which will go into more detail about them.

Dragonflight Herbalism Equipment

A significant change in the Dragonflight update is that now each profession, by performing an action related to your profession, visually turns your character into special equipment. This is what the Herbalism equipment will look like: a hat for picking herbs, a basket, and a small sickle.

Each profession in Dragonflight has the equipment, for which the developers have allocated two or three slots – one for tools and the other one or two for accessories. Another special slot will be added, which is intended for weapons, its meaning is that it will not take up space in the bag, thus you do not need to actively switch the tool to the weapon.
