To make sure that you’ll get the Cyrce’s Circlet no matter what, we have repaired a special offer. Our pro players will assist you with obtaining of this powerful item and ensure that you won’t miss such a unique gear upgrade.
How Cyrce’s Circlet Works
Many experienced players and those who played WoW during the previous expansion will probably remember Forbidden Reach’s Onyx Annulet. Well, Cyrce’s Circlet is its fresh analogue, which also has 3 sockets for specific gems — Citrines.
Cyrce’s Circlet is initially 639 ilvl, with an ability to be upgraded to 658 ilvl. As said before, there are 3 types of Sockets and accordingly 3 types of Citrines (each type has 4 subtypes, we are going to describe them later):
- Yellow Socket: Singing Thunder Citrine;
- Blue Socket: Singing Sea Citrine;
- Pink Socket: Singing Wind Citrine.
The Ring allows really flexible customization thanks to all the available Citrines, and you can adjust the effects to your needs. But first, is your character prepared for such a challenging adventure? If you are not prepared, trust our pro team with Power Leveling of your main or alt, and start your Siren Isle exploration straightaway.
Singing Citrine Gems
Singing Citrine Gems for Cyrce’s Circlet in Patch 11.0.7 are the Gems that you can place into the sockets and use their effects. As we have already said, there are 3 major types of Citrines: Thunder, Sea, and Wind. It’s promised that Siren Isle Citrine gems will be Warbound-until-equipped, so you’ll be able to obtain the Citrines and transfer them to your alts.
Singing Thunder Citrines
The first in line are the Singing Thunder Citrines, that can be incrusted into the Yellow Socket. Here you can find all of the Thunder Citrine options:
- Roaring War-Queen’s Citrine

Your spells and abilities have a low chance of triggering the Singing Thunder Citrine effects of 4 nearby allies. Whenever an allied player dies, this effect is triggered immediately. - Storm Sewer’s Citrine

Your spells and abilities have a chance to shield an ally with lightning, absorbing the next 264193.29 damage taken for 10 sec. While the shield persists, attackers take 10% of the amount absorbed as Nature damage. - Thunderlord’s Crackling Citrine
Source: The Drain Goblin Excavation Event.
Your spells and abilities have a chance to zap an enemy dealing 176128.86 Nature damage.
Singing Sea Citrines

Now, we will outline Singing Wind Citrines, that are suitable for Pink Socket. These are:

Best Citrine for Cyrce’s Circlet
With such a great variety of available Citrine Gems it can be hard to decide what suits you best and which Citrine performs better than others. Therefore, we have prepared a Cyrce’s Circlet Citrine Tier List for you:
Tier A
- Fathomdweller’s Runed Citrine
Grants Mastery and boosts all other Singing Citrine effects based on your Mastery.
Self-scaling makes it exceptional when combined with other Citrines that benefit from Mastery. - Stormbringer’s Runed Citrine
Provides free secondary stats (not tertiary).
Becomes incredibly powerful when paired with Mastery scaling effects like Fathomdweller’s. - Windsinger’s Runed Citrine
Grants your highest secondary stat.
Works similarly to Stormbringer’s but targets the most beneficial stat; also scales well with Mastery. - Old Salt’s Bardic Citrine
Heals 5 nearby allies over time with a sea shanty.
Effective passive healing for group scenarios.
Tier B
- Legendary Skipper’s Citrine
Randomly triggers other Citrine effects at 150% value.
RNG-heavy but extremely potent with Fathomdweller’s Citrine.
- Roaring War-Queen’s Citrine
Triggers all Singing Thunder effects on 4 allies when it procs or a player dies.
Strong utility in coordinated groups. - Storm Sewer’s Citrine
Absorbs damage for an ally and retaliates with Nature damage.
Excellent for tanks with additional utility. - Undersea Overseer’s Citrine
Deals Frost damage to 3 enemies with frequent procs.
Consistent passive damage for AoE situations. - Squall Sailor’s Citrine
Deals AoE Nature damage to up to 5 enemies.
Strong in multi-target but weak for single-target fights. - Seabed Leviathan’s Citrine
Provides Stamina and retaliation damage while above 80% health.
Good survivability for tanks with passive damage. - Mariner’s Hallowed Citrine
Heals 3 allies with frequent procs.
Consistent passive healing makes it reliable.
Tier C
- Thunderlord’s Crackling Citrine
Deals single-target Nature damage with a high proc rate.
Strong in single-target but lacks AoE versatility.
How to Upgrade Cyrce’s Circlet
If the Ring can be upgraded, then there should be a way it do it. Upgrading Cyrce’s Circlet requires Raw Singing Citrine. It’s expected that one Citrine will grant +3 ilvls, so the full upgrade 619 → 639 will take 6 Citrines in total that you can obtain via specific quest line.
📌 Note: Untill the Patch 11.0.7 goes live we can not confirm the information about the amount of levels teh Citrine grants per use, so we will keep this guide upgraded.
Flying with Cyrce’s Circlet
There’s a unique feature of Cyrce’s Circlet which becomes nearly essential for your Siren Isle adventures. Why? First of all, Seafury Tempest, the destructive force of nature, is a major stumbling block that keeps you from taking off during the storm. But even when the winds calm down, you can’t just call for your mount and fly.
Aside from the storms, The Siren Isle is initially the zone where you can not fly, and therefore you need to find a solution. And the solution is completing the Cyrce Would Be So Proud quest that will reward you with Wings of the Siren. With the Cyrce’s Circlet, this spell will grant you the ability to fly during the calm, non-storming periods.
You can also ask our team for Siren Isle Flying unlock, and get not only the ability to fly, but also the Cyrce’s Circlet with 639 item level, some Gems for the ring, and even some Flame Blessed Iron. Flying is the most convenient way of travelling in WoW, so that’s the best deal.
Cyrce’s Circlet Appearance
This is not common in WoW for a Ring to be visible on your hand when equipped, however, this is not the case with Cyrce’s Circlet. When you put the ring into the suitable gear slot, it’ll become visible on your hand. Finally, you can show off your shiny jewelry!
All in all, Cyrce’s Circlet Ring is a worth-fighting-for item, that’ll become a BiS addition to any gear build. You definitely should invest your time into obtaining the Siren Isle Ring, as the customization it offers has no competitors. We hope that with the help of our Cyrce’s Circlet Ring Overview you’ll understand how this ring works, what gems suit your purposes, and why it is essential to fly in Siren Isle.
