How to Get Artifact Weapons in Legion Remix
To get Artifact Weapons in Legion Remix, all you need to do is log in to your Timerunner character, after which you will appear at Krasus’ Landing in Dalaran. Speak with Moratari to begin the introductory questline. The introduction takes some time to complete and includes quests like:
- Time Crisis
- Mean Streets of Dalaran
- Seal and Protect
- Thrift
- Threadbare
- Infinite Bronze
- Something Borrowed
- Scavenger Hunting
- Obliterate, Then Iterate
- Get Plenty of Exorcise
- As A Matter of Artifact
- Not A Memento Too Soon
- Storm the Citadel
- Eternal Gratitude
- Infinite Meetings
- A Fixed Point in Time
Throughout this questline, you will receive your artifact weapons, learn how to add traits to them, and start your journey through WoW Legion Remix.
📌 Choose your first Artifact carefully. Unlocking a second weapon for off-specs requires additional questing later.
Once completed, you’ll be sent to your Order Hall to continue the campaign and eventually collect Artifact Weapons for your other specializations. After you finish the introduction once, future characters can skip it. Speak to Moratari on a new Timerunner and select:
- “Haven’t we done this before? <Skip this chapter and receive your artifact weapon.>”
You will instantly receive the Artifact Weapon for your current spec and jump straight into the Order Hall campaign. If you want to skip the campaign entirely to jump into infinite M+ and other event activities, our services are here to help.
Legion Remix Artifact Appearances
In Legion, players could customize their Artifact Weapon’s appearance by completing various tasks and unlocking the Artifact Forge. In WoW Legion Remix, however, the Artifact Forge is no longer available in any Order Hall. This means you cannot unlock new appearances—only the base appearances for each specialization are available.
Here we have also prepared a list of what base artifact weapons for each class and spec look like:
Warrior Artifact Weapon Appearances
Death Knight Artifact Weapon Appearances
Demon Hunter Artifact Weapon Appearances
Druid Artifact Weapon Appearances
Hunter Artifact Weapon Appearances

Legion Remix Artifact Differences
Artifact Weapons in Legion Remix have been streamlined to fit the event’s fast-paced progression. Instead of relics and spec-specific trees, you’ll use a single talent tree powered by Infinite Power, upgrade item level passively with Artifactium Sand, and freely swap between five Artifact Abilities to match your build. Here is how Legion Remix simplifies Artifact Weapons compared to the original Legion Retail:
- Unified Talent Tree: All Artifact Weapons share the same talent tree across specs.
- Artifact Abilities: You can choose one of five unique Artifact Abilities, each with its own talent path.
- No Relics: Relics have been removed. Artifactium Sand is used to raise item level automatically.
- Shared Infinite Power: Infinite Power applies to all Artifact Weapons, no separate grind for off-specs.
Getting the hang of these changes will make your Legion Remix experience a lot smoother. Unlock traits as you go, keep collecting Artifactium Sand to stay ahead on power, and try out different Artifact Abilities until you find the combo that feels perfect for your playstyle. Before you start leveling up your artifact weapon, you might want to level up your character first. Let our professional players handle that for you, while you can enjoy the endgame instead.
Legion Remix How to Level Up Artifact Weapons
In Legion Remix, this system has been streamlined. Instead of relics, you now upgrade your weapon by collecting Artifactium Sand and Mound of Artifactium Sand. These items drop from the same sources that award Bronze and are automatically consumed when picked up, increasing the item level of all your Artifact Weapons at once. Your weapon will keep scaling this way until you hit the maximum item level available, after which Artifactium Sand will stop dropping.
This is different from the original Legion Retail , as in that version, you increased your Artifact Weapon’s item level by collecting Relics and socketing them into your weapon. Each relic boosted the weapon’s power and could modify one of its traits, letting you fine-tune both item level and performance.
Legion Remix Artifact Power
In Legion Remix, your Artifact Weapon no longer levels up through relics or separate spec-specific power grinds. Instead, everything is streamlined into a single system called Infinite Power. As you play, you’ll passively collect power from almost every activity — questing, dungeons, raids, world content, and even just killing enemies. This power automatically fuels your Artifact Weapon, unlocking traits along a linear progression path.
The Infinite Power bar has no cap, meaning you can keep earning strength as long as you play during the event. Traits unlock one after another, eventually granting access to powerful bonuses that were previously locked behind relic combinations. Since there are no spec-specific trees, you can freely switch specs without losing progress, making it easier to experiment with new playstyles.
Your weapon’s item level also increases passively thanks to Artifactium Sand, which drops from nearly all Remix content. This means you don’t need to worry about replacing your weapon — it will scale with you all the way to max level and into endgame content. Combined, Infinite Power and Artifactium Sand create a steady feeling of progression that keeps your character growing stronger every time you log in.
How to Earn Infinite Power
You gain Infinite Power from nearly all Legion Remix activities:
- Looting mobs (common to raid bosses).
- Completing world quests, dungeons, and raids.
- Flying through Bronze Orbs and demons in the open world.
- Opening caches and treasure chests.
- Collecting Fragmented Mementos of Epoch Challenges.
Legion Remix Fragmented Mementos
Fragmented Memento of Epoch Challenges is a new collectible currency introduced in Legion Remix. These fragments drop from completing harder content and act as a key source of progression for your Artifact Weapon. When you collect 100 fragments, you can combine them into a single item that grants a large amount of Infinite Power, making this one of the most reliable ways to level up your Artifact talents quickly.
At Infinite Knowledge 24, turning in 100 fragments gives a huge boost of Infinite Power, accelerating the pace at which you unlock Infinite Artifact Weapon traits. This makes Fragmented Mementos one of the most important grinds if you want to max out your weapon during the event.
Below is a list of all currently known sources for Fragmented Mementos as of the latest PTR build:
| Source | Fragments Dropped |
|---|---|
| Elite Mobs (Heroic World Tier) | 0–1 |
| Rare Mobs (Heroic World Tier) | 1 |
| World Boss | 1 |
| Normal Raid Bosses | 4–8 |
| Heroic Raid Bosses | 12–15 |
| Mythic Raid Bosses | 25–30 |
| Mythic+ End Chest* | 8–9 (+2) 12–14 (+10) 28–30 (+20) 91–105 (+30) 132–139 (+35) |
Legion Remix Infinite Knowledge
Infinite Knowledge is another progression system in Legion Remix that directly boosts how much Infinite Power you gain from all sources, including items like Fragmented Memento of Epoch Challenges. You earn Infinite Knowledge by completing specific achievements across the event, and each rank makes leveling your Infinite Artifact Weapon faster.
This currency is account-wide, which means it applies to every character on your account. Once unlocked, your alts will automatically gain the increased Infinite Power bonus, making it much easier to catch them up without repeating the same grind.
You can earn a maximum of 36 ranks of Infinite Knowledge during Legion Remix. After you hit the cap, any additional Infinite Knowledge you earn will be automatically converted into Bronze, letting you spend it on cosmetics, gear, or other rewards instead of wasting your progress. Infinite Knowledge is obtained by completing specific achievements in Legion Remix.
Legion Remix Artifact Weapon Talents
The Artifact Weapon talent tree in Legion Remix is fully streamlined and shared across all 36 specializations. No matter which class or spec you play, every Artifact Weapon uses the same tree layout.
This tree is divided into three main sections:
- Initial Traits – the core nodes you unlock first, giving baseline power boosts.
- Artifact Ability Traits – where you choose one of five Artifact Abilities to customize your playstyle.
- Final Trait – an infinitely scaling trait that keeps growing as you earn more Infinite Power.
Initial Artifact Traits
The initial traits of Artifact Weapons are the core of every weapon in Legion Remix. These talents provide flat stat boosts. You can pick up every point in this section, and they help strengthen your weapon early on.
Here are the basic traits:
- Powerful Arcanocrystal Shard – Increases your Primary Stat.
- Fortified Arcanocrystal Shard – Increases Stamina.
- Expedient Arcanocrystal Shard – Increases your Speed rating.
In addition to these minor traits, there are six major traits: one active ability and five passive effects. These are:
- Remix Time: Unlocks the ability to collect Infinite Power to upgrade your artifact weapon and grants Remix Time.
- Nostwin’s Impatience: While out of combat and moving, gain Timerunning every 4 sec, increasing your non-flying speeds by 20%. This effect stacks up to 3 times.
- Momentus’s Perseverance: While Nostwin’s Impatience is active, your health regeneration is increased by 300%.
- Eternus’s Ambition: While Nostwin’s Impatience is active, entering combat generates 20% of your class resource.
- Moratari’s Calculation: While Nostwin’s Impatience is active, you take 99% reduced fall damage.
- Erus’s Aggression: Nostwin’s Impatience lasts for 4.0 sec after entering combat and grants 30% increased damage to your first attack.
These major traits are what makes Legion Remix different from the original Legion, adding fast recovery and massive damage to your attacks.
Legion Remix Artifact Abilities
Once you’ve invested points in your initial traits, you can choose one of five Artifact Abilities for your weapon. Each ability comes with its own row of talents, including three effects with three ranks each and a final powerful effect that only requires a single talent point.
The structure is designed so that each major talent is separated by three minor talent points, using the same points from the initial traits. This setup lets you gradually unlock powerful effects while still progressing through the smaller, passive bonuses. Here we have prepared a list of abilities for different artifacts.
Nature Artifact Ability
The Nature Artifact Ability focuses on summoning the forces of the wild to support you and your allies. Its major ability, Call of the Forest, lets you summon a stampede of forest creatures to shield and buff your party while dealing damage to enemies. The talent tree enhances this ability with passive and active effects that improve your damage, healing, and utility, culminating in the powerful Dreamweaving effect.
| Ability | Description |
|---|---|
| Major ability: Call of the Forest | Summon a stampede of forest denizens that charge forward. Each member of the stampede shields allies and grants 3% attack and casting speed for 10 sec up to 5 times. The stampede inflicts physical damage to enemies struck, immobilizing them for 3 sec. |
| First talent: Souls of the Caw | Your spells and abilities have a chance to summon a flock of spirit eagles that dive bomb nearby enemies, exploding on impact to heal allies and inflict nature damage to enemies within 5 yards. |
