WoW Labyrinth Basics
In Patch 12.1.5, WoW Labyrinth is a solo PvE instance that works similarly to delves, but is larger in size and features multiple chambers and challenges, completing which benefits your final rewards pool. WoW Midnight Labyrinth gameplay centers on clearing connected Chambers and choosing how far you want to go each run. The Labyrinth of Kindo’jan contains nine Chambers, but you do not need to complete all of them every time.
You enter the Labyrinth in Midnight WoW alone or with up to four other players and choose a difficulty Tier before starting. Valeera Sanguinar joins the run as your Delve companion and assists during combat. You can swap her role or combat curios at the start of the Labyrinth or at the checkpoint once you open a new chamber.
After you complete a WoW Labyrinth Chamber, Kinduru, Herald of de Loa, lets you select another available route. Interacting with Kinduru opens a special Labyrinth flight map with the Chambers you can currently reach. The route can branch, so runs are not completely linear. You may have several Chambers available, and they will eventually lead you to Kindo’jan Challenge — the Labyrinth pinnacle goal that our experienced team can help you with.
You can also stop the run instead of selecting another Chamber. Leaving sends you directly to the Treasure Room, where you collect the rewards accumulated from completed Chambers. Rewards increase at three-Chamber intervals. Clearing 3/6/9 Chambers adds more Heavy Trunks and Bountiful Coffers to the final Treasure Room.
WoW Labyrinth Powers
WoW Midnight Labyrinth Powers are delve-specific glove enhancements that include Ancient Hash’ey Battle Arts and can be used inside Labyrinth and Delve content. These enhancements apply special combat effects to gloves. Four Ancient Hash’ey Battle Arts are currently available:
| Battle Art | Main Effect |
|---|---|
| Falco Strikes | Nature damage |
| Heat Wave | Nearby Fire damage |
| Ursine’s Ironhide | Defensive shield |
| Eye of the Lynx | Haste and Leech |
How to Enter Midnight Labyrinth
You can enter the Labyrinth of Kindo’jan from the Zeb’tela Ruins. Reaching the entrance opens the Labyrinth difficulty window before you enter. The final access requirements are not known yet.
The Labyrinth entrance in WoW Midnight interface lets you choose a difficulty Tier before starting the run. It also displays the rewards available at the selected difficulty.
Midnight Labyrinth Tiers
The WoW Labyrinth has 11 difficulty Tiers, following the same structure as regular Delves. Each WoW Labyrinth Tier has a recommended item level shown in the entrance interface. This value gives you a rough gear target rather than a hard entry requirement.
| Labyrinth Tier | Recommended Item Level |
|---|---|
| Tier 1 | 170 |
| Tier 2 | 187 |
| Tier 3 | 200 |
| Tier 4 | 259 |
| Tier 5 | 268 |
| Tier 6 | 275 |
| Tier 7 | 281 |
| Tier 8 | 290 |
| Tier 9 | 296 |
| Tier 10 | 303 |
| Tier 11 | 309 |
Tier 1 is the entry difficulty, while Tier 11 contains the hardest challenges. You only need to complete three Chambers to unlock the next available Tier. Higher Tiers punish missed interrupts and weak defensive usage much harder. Tier 11 is mainly aimed at players chasing solo challenges and difficult achievements.
Reaching Tier 11 gives you access to completing the Fabled Let Me Solo Him achievement. However, killing Kindo’jan is no easy task since it requires having no other party members. If you aren’t sure you’ll deal with him on your own, our team is ready to help you out.
Midnight Labyrinth Location
The WoW Labyrinth entrance to the currently available instance is located at Zeb’tela Ruins in Eversong Woods, around coordinates /way 63, 72. The world map marks the entrance as The Labyrinth of Kindo’jan.
📌 The entrance sits inside the large Amani structure at Zeb’tela Ruins. Follow the Labyrinth map marker once you reach the area.
WoW Labyrinth Progression
WoW Labyrinth progression in Midnight is based on completed Chambers. The main milestones occur after three, six, and nine Chambers. There are no separate reward screens at those milestones. After each Chamber, you either choose another route or finish the run.
| Chambers Completed | Reward Progress | Tier Progress |
|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | Below the first major reward milestone | No Tier unlock |
| 3 | First full reward milestone | Unlocks the next Tier |
| 6 | Second full reward milestone | Continues the same run |
| 9 | Maximum Chamber reward milestone | Full Chamber clear |
📌 Ending the run sends you to the Treasure Room. The number of completed Chambers determines the rewards waiting there.
WoW Labyrinth Path Selection
WoW Labyrinth routes are selected through Kinduru, Herald of de Loa. Kinduru appears after a Chamber, and talking to Kinduru gives you the option to see available destinations. This opens a special flight map covering the Labyrinth. In a nutshell, selecting a Labyrinth path in WoW Midnight goes like this:
- Complete the objective in the “active” chamber;
- Wait for Kinduru to appear;
- Click on Kinduru and select “Show me where I can go” to go to a new available chamber. You can also choose to leave the Labyrinth to be transported to a Treasure Chamber.
Several Chamber routes can become available at the same time. Choosing one transports your character directly toward that section. The further you go, the tougher the objectives can become; thus, having BiS Gear equipped can ease the Labyrinth grind significantly.
WoW Labyrinth Chambers
Each Labyrinth in WoW Midnight consists of several interconnected but locked chambers that unlock after you complete an objective. For instance, the Labyrinth of Kindo’jan contains 9 main Chambers. Each Chamber acts as a separate section with its own route, objective, and encounters.
| Labyrinth Chamber | Description |
|---|---|
| Akil’zon’s Roost | Northern Amani-themed section |
| Central Chamber | Central area linking several Labyrinth routes |
| Chamber of Rites | Southern chamber near the starting route |
| Halazzi’s Lair | Western section themed around Halazzi |
| Jan’alai’s Refuge | Separate Amani chamber themed around Jan’alai |
| Nalorakk’s Den | Chamber where the Soul Catcher scenario can appear |
| The Catacombs | Burial-themed section |
| The Cave Towers | Large eastern cave area |
| The Reliquary | Separate selectable route inside the Labyrinth |
📌 With the release of new Labyrinths later in the expansion, we will see other chamber layout variations.
Midnight Labyrinth Rewards
Labyrinth rewards in WoW Midnight increase every three completed Chambers. Each milestone adds two Heavy Trunks and one Bountiful Coffer. A complete nine-Chamber run reaches the maximum standard Chamber reward. Shorter three- or six-Chamber runs still give their completed milestones.
| Completed Chambers | Heavy Trunks | Bountiful Coffers |
|---|---|---|
| 3 | 2 | 1 |
| 6 | 4 total | 2 total |
| 9 | 6 total | 3 total |
Each three-Chamber milestone also counts toward the Great Vault. Heavy Trunks provide increased Crest rewards inside the Labyrinth. Keep in mind that your companion, Valeera Sanguinar, can make the rewards grind way easier if her level is high enough. You can level her up quickly with our help.
WoW Labyrinth Treasure Room
The WoW Labyrinth Treasure Room contains the rewards earned during your current run. You enter it after choosing to finish the Labyrinth instead of continuing. The room does not open automatically at Chambers three or six. You keep progressing until you decide to leave. The Treasure Room in WoW Labyrinths can contain several chest types:
| Chest | Reward Role |
|---|---|
| Bountiful Heavy Trunk | Main Labyrinth milestone reward |
| Bountiful Coffer | Locked reward chest using a Restored Coffer Key |
| Small Trunk | Smaller bonus reward chest |
✏️ Bountiful Coffers use Restored Coffer Keys like regular Bountiful Delves. Your key total is also visible on the Labyrinth map tooltip.
WoW Labyrinth Heroic Soul Fragment
Heroic Soul Fragments can drop from Labyrinth Bountiful Coffers. Three fragments combine into a random Hero 2/6 equipment piece. This gives longer Labyrinth runs another source of Hero-track gear. A full run can provide up to three Bountiful Coffers if you reach all milestones.
✏️ The fragment itself is consumed when combined with the other two. You do not need to collect three during the same run.
WoW Labyrinth Great Vault Rewards
WoW Labyrinth runs give Great Vault progress every three completed Chambers. A full nine-Chamber clear can therefore contribute three activity credits. Kindo’jan also provides separate Great Vault credit when defeated on Tier 8 or higher. This reward can be earned once per week per character.
Midnight Labyrinth Achievements
WoW Labyrinth achievements reward full clears, exploration, and high-difficulty challenges. Several goals also award titles or mounts.

| The Labyrinth of Kindo’jan | Complete nine Chambers in one run | Achievement |
| Who’s Labyrinth? | Complete nine Chambers on Tier 11 | Maze Runner title |
| My Labyrinth | Complete 100 Chambers | Achievement |
| Kindo’jan’s Labyrinth Discoveries | Find every Ancient Chest | Treasure Hound title |
| Happy Hexmask Collector | Gather all three Elemental Hexmasks | Achievement |
| Lock and Key | Open the hidden locked door | Achievement |

| Treasures Upon Treasures | Loot 10 Mislaid Oddities | Achievement |
| A Few More Can’t Hurt | Loot 50 Mislaid Oddities | Achievement |

| Let Me Solo Him: Kindo’jan | Defeat Kindo’jan solo on Tier 11 | Loa-Blessed Wayfarer |
| One-Champion Army | Complete Tier 11 solo without losing lives | Lone Raider title |
The limited Fabled Let Me Solo Him: Kindo’jan achievement has a shorter window. It requires the Tier 11 solo kill before the first weekly reset after Kindo’jan becomes available.
📌 Its reward is the Fabled Vanquisher of Kindo’jan title.
Midnight Labyrinth Boss
Kindo’jan is the main endgame boss challenge inside the WoW Labyrinth in Midnight. Here are a few key features of Kindo’jan as a Labyrinth boss in Patch 12.1.5:
- A Tier 8 or higher Kindo’jan kill grants weekly Great Vault credit. Tier 11 adds the main solo challenge rewards.
- Let Me Solo Him: Kindo’jan requires a solo Tier 11 kill. Completing it rewards the Loa-Blessed Wayfarer mount.
- One-Champion Army raises the requirement further. You must clear all nine Chambers and defeat Kindo’jan solo without losing a life.
If you want to kill the boss and get a prestigious Loa-Blessed Wayfarer mount but it takes too much time, reach out to our team. They will help you take Kindo’jan quickly and get the related rewards.
Midnight Labyrinth Secrets
WoW Labyrinth secrets include hidden chests, collectibles, and locked areas. They appear inside normal Chambers rather than in a separate exploration mode. Known secret types include:
- Ancient Chests;
- Elemental Hexmasks;
- Mislaid Oddities;
- A hidden locked door.
The Happy Hexmask Collector achievement requires all three Elemental Hexmasks. The Fiery Hexmask can appear during normal Chamber progression. Kindo’jan’s Labyrinth Discoveries requires finding every Ancient Chest. Completing it grants the Treasure Hound title. The hidden door also has repeated completion rewards, and opening it 20 times grants the Lockpickin’ title.

And the best part is that Labyrinths become another source of Heroic track gear, which is useful for early alts gearing.
