Honor, Conquest, and PvP Vendors
As you participate in PvP in Shadowlands, you will earn Honor from all activities and Conquest from specific activities. Both Honor and weekly Conquest are currencies for the new vendors located in the Enclave section of Oribos.
There is no limit on how much Honor one can earn, but Conquest will have an accumulating weekly cap of 550 earned from Rated PvP activities. Both will be used to buy initial pieces of gear that can be upgraded as you increase in Renown with your Covenant (for Honor gear) or PvP rank (for Conquest gear).
Blizzard released details on how PvP rewards work in Shadowlands, explaining changes to the Great Vault system (outlined below), and clarification on Conquest/Honor gains.
All PvP vendors are located on the northern end of The Enclave in Oribos, in the vicinity of /way 35, 57. There are three vendors that will be the most important to you:
Starts at Rank 1 (Item Level 158) and the item cost depends on the slot.
- Amulets/Back/Wrist/Rings cost 525 Honor points;
- Shoulders/Hands/Waist/Feet cost 700 Honor points;
- Head/Chest/Legs/One-Hand Weapons cost 875 Honor points;
- Trinkets cost 525 and 700 Honor points;
- Two-Hand Weapons cost 1,750 Honor points.
Honor Gear Upgrades
PvP gear starts at Rank 1 (Item Level 158) and can be upgraded up to Rank 7 (Item Level 197) with Honor.
The upper limit of this kind of upgrade is determined by your Renown level, and players can get maximum up to 15,000 Honor.
- Renown Level 7 is required to upgrade Unrated PvP equipment to Rank 5.
- Renown Level 22 is required to upgrade Unrated PvP equipment to Rank 7.
Talk to Aggressor Zo’dash and drag an item to the window to upgrade it. There, you will see stats of the next rank and the upgrade cost.
There will be a weekly cap of Conquest points which can be used to buy “Unranked” Gladiator gear from Zo’sorg at a starting item level of 200. You can then upgrade this gear using Honor as you increase in PvP Rank.
- Unranked (from vendor); Item level 200
- Combatant (1400-1599): Item Level 207
- Challenger (1600-1799) :Item Level 213
- Rival (1800-2099): Item Level 220
- Duelist (2100+): Item level 226
- Elite (2400+): Item level 233 *Weapon, Shield, Offhand ONLY
If you fall below the minimum cutoffs (1400, 1600, 1800, 2100, and 2400 respectively) you have a 30 point leniency period where you remain in the same bracket.
Conquest Gear Upgrades
Upgrading Conquest gear is extremely costly, requiring players to farm a significant amount of honor if they intend to upgrade all of their gear to ilvl 226 (assuming they are 2100+ in Rated PvP).
Weapons, Shields and Off-hands may be upgraded to Rank 6 Elite (iLevel 233). Gear (armor and jewelry) can only be upgraded through this system to Rank 5 Duelist (iLevel 226). You can get elite (iLevel 233) PvP gear from the Great Vault.
If you complete the Sinful Gladiator: Shadowlands Season 1 achievement and become Gladiator in Shadowlands PvP Season 1, you will receive the Sinful Gladiator’s Soul Eater mount. Gladiator mounts have become account-wide in the pre-patch.
The Weekly Vault is the weekly box system added in Shadowlands. Completing Raid, M+, and PvP activities (earning Honor from rated PvP) will grant you roll chances allowing you to select from a greater variety of options every week when you pick a single reward.
Earning Honor only from rated PvP activities can gain you up to three extra chances at 1250 Honor, 2500 Honor, and 6250 Honor.
Best way to farm Honor
Farming honor week after week is not the easiest of the aspects of the game, so the best way to farm Honor is to purchase a boost on Overgear. You’ll get as much honor as you need in shortest time period.
Best way to farm Conquest
Conquest Cap is also a thing you should do every week in order to keep competitive among other players, so it’s also not the easiest weekly cap, especially if you are not the PvP player. So we also recommend to purchase it on our website.
