Sanctum of Domination overview
Sanctum of domination description
Sanctum of Domination is an upcoming raid in World of Warcraft: Shadowlands, set to be introduced in patch 9.1.0. Found beyond the labyrinthine halls of Torghast, the Sanctum of Domination is a new 10-boss raid. Encounter the true Eye of the Jailer, turn the tide against the Tarragrue, square off against Kel’Thuzad, and come face-to-face with the Banshee Queen herself in a fateful confrontation.
The aesthetics of the zone are similar to what we’ve already seen in Torghast, with many spikes and architectural details reminiscent of Icecrown Citadel.
There is also an interesting set of models depicting the top of Torghast and the Arbiter’s Chambers, which likely serve as start and end locations for the Sylvanas encounter

The Tarragrue
The Tarragrue crushes intruders before dissolving once more into the mists of Torghast.

The Eye of the Jailer
Long ago, Odyn traded his eye to Mueh’zala to glimpse into the Shadowlands, and long since the Jailer has twisted that eye to his own ends, to maintain sight on his sadistic domain of torment.
Overview
The Eye of the Jailer fights players directly on the platform with its own attacks while aided by the Slothseeker and Rotseeker Eyes that assist it. At every 25% of health lost, the Eye of the Jailer casts Stygian Ejection and retreats to fight from a distance while players fight the ejected Rotseeker and Slothseeker Eyes. Upon defeating the smaller eyes, the Eye of the Jailer returns to the platform to fight once again.
At 25% health, the Eye of the Jailer begins Immediate Extermination to wipe out all mortal life on the platform.
- Tanks:
[Crashing Chain] will damage other people in the raid for the amount of damage you take after mitigation.
Rotseeker Eyes endlessly corrupt the ground below them with [Jailer’s Misery] and still attack with [Stabbing Glare].
Slotheseeker Eyes deal more damage the slower you move with [Crushing Fatigue] and still attack with [Stabbing Glare]. - Damage Dealers:
Slothseeker and Rotseeker Eyes will continuously debuff all targets after killed on the platform until their partner eye is also slain.
[Cascading Chain] will chain to other targets nearby on cast, increasing damage each time.
[Dragging Chains] is less effective when Stygian Abductors try to drag multiple people. - Healers:
[Crashing Chain] will damage other people in the raid for the amount of damage the primary target takes after mitigation.
Players getting hit by [Crushing Fatigue] will take more damage the slower they are.
[Cascading Chain] will chain to other targets nearby on cast, increasing damage each time.
[Immediate Extermination] will eventually make healing impossible in the final stage.
