WoW Swift Zulian Tiger Mount Boost

No, this mount is no longer obtainable though the conventional means in the retail version in the game and it’s been this way ever since Cataclysm came out. You can still get it in WoW Classic, but if Cataclysm will come to the Classic, the mout is likely to disappear once again.

However, not all hope is lost! The mount is still available on the Black Market. Though for some that’s the challenge all in itself. Waiting for the mount to appear specifically on your realm can takes absolutely forever and the alternative is to track all other realms and act accordingly the moment you spot the mount. For many this is too much of a hussle. But Overgear is ready to take on the task!

Back in the days (or in WoW Classic), the Swift Zulian Tiger would drop from High Priest Thekal, Zul'Gurub, with an abysmally small, less than 1% drop chance. When Zul'Gurub became a dungeon in Cataclysm, the mount drops were replaced and the Swift Zulian Tiger became unavailable. Eventually, the mount appeared on Black Market and since then, it remains as the only way to get this mount in the retail version of WoW.

No longer obtainable anywhere else other than the Black Market, Swift Zulian Tiger is one of the rarest mounts in the game! Even with the introduction of the mount on the Black Market, only about 3% of all WoW players have it. This mount will undoubtedly trigger nostalgia for many veterans of WoW and will demonstrate to others that you’re a dedicated collector!

Originally, you could get the Swift Zulian Tiger from the High Priest Thekal in the Zul'Gurub raid. However, the raid was downgraded to a dungeon once Cataclysm came out and the rewards were changed, including the two mounts you could get. You can still farm the mounts in Zul'Gurub, but you’ll find that Thekai now drops Swift Zulian Panther instead of a Tiger.

Swift Zulian Tiger was completely unavailable for a time being, until it was eventually added in Black Market. The mount is available once more, but Black Market comes with its own challenges when you’re on the hunt for the rare items.
