The Core Hound Chain is a rather special mount, initially given to the players as a reward for defeating Ragnaros during the WoW 10th Anniversary celebration and getting the “Boldly, You Sought the Power of Ragnaros” achievement. Once the anniversary was over, the mount was no longer available and the Black Market became the only option to get it for anyone who wasn’t around during the anniversary.
Meanwhile, getting it through the Black Market isn’t easy either. It appears only several times a month in a random realm and since there are no other options to get it, the competition is high. Requirements
- It is recommended to create an additional account with the purchased Dragonflight expansion for security and convenience;

How it works

- The booster will pilot your new character on a new subaccount, while you can play at the same time. For the US region, you can pick the Self-play option. Also, you can choose the Remote Control option if you don't want to share your account;
- Our player will monitor Black Market on various realms until we find the mount you need;
- We will level up a character on that account to 70 level (it's necessary to make a bid on AH);
- After we get the mount in the bag, you can ask us to learn it or we can let you learn it by yourself;
- Mount will be added to your collection and will be available for all subaccounts within the same Battle.net as long as the subaccounts are within the same region;
- We will not use your gold or resources;

How do you get a core hound chain?
Thing is, you can’t really get this mount, at least not outside of the Black Market. Initially, the Core Hound Chain served as a reward during WoW’s 10th annivercary for completing the “Boldly, You Sought the Power of Ragnaros” Feath of Strength. But once the anniversary ended, the achievement was no longer obtainable and so is the mount. Thus, Black Market is the only option to get this core hound for anyone who wasn’t around for the anniversary.
Is the core hound chain mount rare?
Judging by the Wowhead statistics, a fair bit of players have managed to get their hands on this mount when it was openly available. However, the fact that it’s not longer obtainable through the regular means makes it a fairly rare and sought-out mount, especially for the bidders on the Black Market. With BM being the only option to get this mount, the competition for it is quite high whenever it appears there.
Where can i find core hounds in wow?
The Core Hounds can be found in Mount Hyjal and they are tameable. However, you can’t get them as mounts, only as pets, and their model slightly differs from the anniversary mount anyway. Core Hound Chain is the only mount of these species you can get.
