Blizzard has confirmed that Turbo Boost Part 2 launches on October 21st with major gearing updates for The War Within Season 3. The patch lifts the Crest cap, makes Valorstones Warbound, doubles Mythic+ drop rates for Warband-Until-Equipped gear, and introduces Ethereal Voidsplinters to fuel the Catalyst. Players can also begin earning Puzzling Cartel Chips through new one-time and weekly quests tied to raid and dungeon objectives.
Two vendors, Fixer So’kir and Fixer So’tho, will arrive in Dornogal, selling powerful Season 3 weapons, trinkets, and raid items in exchange for Puzzling Cartel Chips. Delves will see boosted rewards and faster Delver’s Journey progress, while professions gain the option to recraft Spark of Fortune gear with Augmentation Matrices for extra item levels.
