New 11.1.7 Story Campaign and Lorewalking Questlines

The storyline for The War Within continues with the new questline – Rise of the Red Dawn, which takes place primarily in the Arathi Highlands. There are some extra rewards tied to completing this storyline as well, so make sure to complete it even if you are not interested in the storyline itself.

These storylines are available to all characters starting from level 10, making them perfect for both new and returning players.

New UI and Accessibility Features

Two new accessibility features are available with the start of 11.1.7: Assisted Highlight and a Single Button Assistant.

Assisted Highlight shows your next recommended ability based on your current situation and resources, while Single-Button Assistant allows you to cast the suggested ability by pressing just one button.

Single-Button Assistant introduces a slight cooldown penalty to the rotation. This way players still need to learn how to play their class to stay efficient and competitive.

Both tools aim to make the game more accessible and can be enabled under Gameplay Enhancements in the options menu.
