Dataminers exploring the latest World of Warcraft Midnight alpha build found that Blizzard quietly pushed forward the internal schedule for one of the future in-game events — a full week earlier than previously planned. This minor shift may hint at the whole launch schedule for Midnight and its pre-expansion event.
Datamined WoW Midnight Starting Date
According to the database research, WoW Midnight’s pre-patch will now be live on January 21, 2025, immediately after the Remix: Legion event finishes. We will receive a brief period to try out new systems before the six-week pre-launch event, which starts on January 28, 2025, and continues until March 9, 2026.
Early access for players with the Epic Edition will go live on Friday, March 6, 2026, with the worldwide launch coming on Tuesday, March 10, in the early morning for EU players.
