The reward goes live on April 23 at 3:00 p.m. PDT and stays available until May 21 at 3:00 p.m. PDT. That means Patch 12.0.5 lands first on April 21, and the new WoW Twitch Drop follows two days later.

WoW Cuddly Pearl Grrgle Twitch Drop Starts April 23. To get the Cuddly Pearl Grrgle, players need to watch 4 hours of eligible World of Warcraft streams on Twitch during the event window. Progress works across eligible channels in the WoW category, so you can swap streams without losing watch time. At the same time, watching several channels at once will not speed things up.
There are a few details worth checking before the drop starts. You need to link your Battle.net and Twitch accounts, then claim the reward through Twitch once the watch requirement is done. After that, the item can take up to 24 hours to appear in-game, and the first Battle.net region you log in to will receive the reward.
This WoW Twitch Drop is aimed at Midnight Housing, not Classic servers. Blizzard also notes that players who unlock the item can buy extra copies later from Dennia Silvertongue in Silvermoon City, Tuuran in Stormwind, and Gabbi in Orgrimmar near the Trading Post.
