WoW Classic 20th Anniversary War Effort start date has been revealed, and it begins July 10 at 3:00 pm PDT. Players will be tasked with unlocking the Gates of Ahn’Qiraj by contributing various resources.
Once completed, a five-day countdown will begin, at the end of which players will be able to ring the Scarab Gong. Doing so will earn the Black Qiraji Resonating Crystal mount, one of the most iconic mounts in WoW, and the only Legendary mount to ever exist! The catch is that players will first need to complete one of the longest and most difficult questlines in the game to be able to hit the gong.
