Honor gains increased to 150% in The Burning Crusade Anniversary Pre-Patch. Blizzard has rolled out a new PvP change for The Burning Crusade Anniversary, raising Honor gains to 150% across all realms. The update is already live and targets faster TBC Anniversary PvP gearing during the pre-patch window.
Originally, the team looked at lowering PvP gear prices. Since many players had already spent Honor, Blizzard went with a cleaner option: higher Honor gains for everyone. Here is what changed with TBC Anniversary PvP honor gains:
- Honor gains are now 150% (previously 100%).
- New level 51–60 versions of key PvP quests are available.
- For Great Honor (Horde) and Concerted Effort (Alliance) now grant 400 Honor at level 60.
- Characters from levels 51–59 also earn experience from these quests.
- Lower levels receive less Honor, with rewards scaling up per level.
Once the Dark Portal opens, these quests will rotate out. They will be replaced by the level 61–70 versions tied to Outland PvP. If you are planning to take advantage of the 150% Honor boost, our TBC Anniversary PvP Tier List can help you choose the right class and spec before you start spending points.
