During BlizzCon 2026, Blizzard has confirmed that Transmog in WoW Forever will be optional. Transmog is not traditionally available in Classic versions of the game, and this is why players will not be required to use it here either. Instead, WoW Forever lets you choose between seeing Transmog appearances or displaying the original models of gear via a toggle in the game’s settings.
