Grinding Gear Games is announcing a two-week Twitch Drops campaign that comes packed with exclusive cosmetic rewards to celebrate the launch of Path of Exile Keepers of the Flame. Starting October 31 at 12 PM PDT, you will have a chance to receive in-game items simply for watching Path of Exile streams or supporting their favorite content creators.

Keepers of the Flame Twitch Drops
All Keepers of the Flame drops for Path of Exile will be guaranteed when the required watch time is reached, and all PoE accounts connected to Twitch are allowed to take part in this promotion.

Keepers of the Flame Support a Streamer
Apart from standard drops, the Support a Streamer campaign offers another means for fans to earn exclusive cosmetics for PoE Keepers of the Flame. From October 31 to November 16, purchasing or gifting two Twitch subscriptions of any tier to Path of Exile streamers will reward players with the Incarnation of Dread Portal Effect.
📌 Prime subs don’t count, but all paid tiers, multi-month subs and gift subs do.
How to Join Keepers of the Flame Twitch Drops
To participate, link your Path of Exile account with Twitch via your account settings, then tune into any live Path of Exile channel. Once the required watch time or sub count is reached, redeem rewards from your Twitch Inventory before the campaign ends. Streamers can also enable Drops directly from their Twitch Creator Dashboard.
📌 Grinding Gear Games confirmed all cosmetics from this event will work in Path of Exile 2 as well. The developer has also said that the cosmetics aren’t exclusive to this event and will see appearances in the Microtransactions Store later.
