Amazon Games has announced that the New World shutdown date is set for January 31, 2027. The game will be delisted and no longer available for purchase starting January 15, 2026. However, players who already own the game can continue playing until the shutdown date.
In-game purchases will end July 20, 2026. No refunds will be issued for previously bought currency. No new content or server merges will happen, but world bosses and events will stay active until the game goes down.
