The Final Fantasy XIV crossover event has officially gone live in Monster Hunter Wilds today, introducing a new mechanical raid boss, Omega Planetes. Hunters can now fight against this machine of destruction and complete with mechanics inspired by its MMO origins.
Alongside the new fight, players can unlock crossover rewards such as FFXIV-themed armor sets, weapon skins, and mounts. Unlike past collaborations, Capcom confirmed this content is a permanent addition, giving hunters unlimited opportunities to take on Omega Planetes and earn its exclusive loot.
