Marvel Rivals Season 3.5 Roadmap Overview

NetEase has revealed the complete content roadmap for Marvel Rivals Season 3.5. The season update begins on August 8, 2025, and continues until September 12, when Season 4 should drop. Over the course of five weeks, players will receive a new hero, a new game mode, several themed events, and a range of exclusive cosmetics. The following is a week-by-week breakdown of what’s arriving.

August 8 — Season 3.5 Launch

Marvel Rivals Season 3.5 kicks off on August 8, 2025 with the highly anticipated introduction of Blade, the legendary vampire hunter. He’s added to the roster as a fully playable character and is accompanied by his new theme outfit, Polarity Edge, in the in-game shop.

On the same day, players can participate in the Queen’s Codex event. This new seasonal event could tie into Blade’s lore or feature special challenges and rewards. Get ready by reading our Queen’s Codex event guide.

August 15 — Polarity-Themed Skins for Cloak & Dagger and Winter Soldier

In the second week of Marvel Rivals Season 3.5 at August 15, two of the most popular heroes receive new costumes that reflect the theme of Polarity:

  • Cloak & Dagger: Polarity Bond skin
  • Winter Soldier: Polarity Soldier skin

Both suits share the visual look debuted in Blade’s first appearance and continue to contribute to the look and tone of the current seasonal narrative arc.

August 22 — Ancient Powers Awaken Event and New Game Mode

There is a brand-new mode named Resource Rumble that launches on August 22. Although details of gameplay are not known as yet, the mode will be set on a new map — Klyntar: Throne of Knull — based on Marvel’s symbiote universe.

In addition, the Ancient Powers Awaken event begins, bringing new cosmetic content. So far, only one skin is confirmed — Iron Man’s Extrembiote Armor. Promo art also hints at upcoming looks for Venom, Doctor Strange, and Iron Fist, though details haven’t been revealed yet.

August 29 — Scarlet Witch Brings Chaos to Phoenix

In the fourth week, Scarlet Witch receives a fiery new costume: Phoenix Chaos. Inspired by the Phoenix Force storyline, this outfit builds on the themes introduced earlier in Season 3.

It gives Wanda a new visual identity and strengthens her connection to one of the most powerful forces in the Marvel universe.

September 5 — Wasteland Mech Skin for Peni Parker

As the season nears its end, Peni Parker gets a fresh look with the Wasteland Mech skin. This design gives her mech a gritty, post-apocalyptic appearance and will be available in the store starting September 5.

September 12 — Season 4 Starts

Marvel Rivals Season 3.5 concludes on September 12, with Season 4 launching the same day. While NetEase has not revealed what’s next, players can expect a major content drop.
