Many players have been waiting for this feature since the release of Marvel Rivals, but only this year has it come to life. NetEase Games has confirmed that Marvel Rivals will finally get cross-progression, but only in early access.
Marvel Rivals Cross-Progression Release Date
You can apply until October 20 for a chance to test the Cross-Progression feature ahead of its full release in Season 5, on November 14. If you are accepted, you will receive an in-game invite by October 23. Cross-progression has been one of the community’s top requests since the game’s debut in December 2024, and it’s expected to make switching between platforms much smoother.
This minor yet important update follows the big Season 4.5 patch, which introduced Daredevil as a new Duelist hero. Alongside that, you can look forward to Halloween events, including Voyage to Astonish on October 24 and a second wave of themed cosmetics arriving on October 31. Also, we expect a Man-Spider skin for Spider-Man and a Queen of the Dead look for Scarlet Witch, perfect for spooky season.
