FromSoftware has announced a new high-difficulty mode for Elden Ring: Nightreign. It is called Deep of Night and is launching on Thursday, September 11th. Designed for experienced players, this mode increases enemy strength and removes the option to target specific Nightlords. Progression is tied to a “depth” system, where victories and defeats shift your rating and change the difficulty accordingly.
Players can earn exclusive rewards in this game mode, including rare Depths Relics and weapons. The deeper the descent, the greater the difficulty. If you manage to reach Depths 4 and 5, they will unlock an endless survival-style gauntlet.
