Starting June 19, players can start encountering stronger versions of existing Nightlords in Elden Ring Nightreign. These stronger bosses are called “Everdark Sovereigns” and are on the weekly rotation. The first Everdark boss is an enhanced version of Adel, Baron of the Night (Gaping Jaw), with more to come in the following weeks. Remember that to access them, you must first defeat the original version of the boss.
The enhanced version of Adel, Baron of the Night will be available from June 19 to June 26.
The Everdark Sovereigns are an online-only feature, so players will need to log in to the network to fight them. They have new mechanics, increased difficulty, and new rewards. Players who defeat them will earn Sovereign Sigils, which can be exchanged for special Relics and other items. First-time clears grant bonus Sigils, so make sure to act quickly before the boss disappears from rotation! According to Bandai, additional Everdark Sovereigns like Tricephalos, Augur, and Fissure in the Fog will be added in future updates. Prepare to study boss patterns and coordinate with others, as these threats won’t last long!
