Diablo 4 Berserk Collaboration Release Date
The Berserk crossover officially starts with the launch of Diablo 4 on May 6, 2025. This new collaboration will be available on all platforms. A small teaser already confirmed that multiple cosmetic bundles will drop throughout the season.

How to Unlock Diablo 4 Berserk Cosmetics
In the Diablo 4 x Berserk event, killing powerful elite enemies gives you a chance to earn Behelits — cursed, living relics tied to dark sacrifices. Each Behelit you collect brings you closer to unlocking exclusive Berserk-themed rewards.
To earn Behelits, you need to slay demons, powerful elite enemies, who have a chance to drop the Behelit itself. Once you’ve collected a fair share of Behelits, trade them in to the Berserk Reliquary and get new cosmetics. What you can obtain for Behelits during Diablo IV x Berserk collab:
- The Hawks Destiny Back trophy
- Skull Knight’s Heraldry Mount Armor
- Brand of Sacrifice Marking
