With the upcoming release of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, the iconic energy-drink brand Monster has teamed up with Activision to bring gamers exclusive in-game rewards. By purchasing select Monster Energy drinks, you’ll get codes that unlock 2XP tokens and themed digital content in Black Ops 7—and later in Call of Duty: Warzone in Season 1.
How to Participate & Redeem
First things first: you’ll need to buy a “promo” Monster Energy drink, find the code under the pull-tab (ring-pull or “tab code”), and then go through two redemption steps: one at Monster’s site and another at the Call of Duty redemption page.
Steps-by-step guide:
- Buy a Monster Energy drink with the special promo packaging.
- Enter the tab code (found under the pull tab) and submit on the Monster site. You’ll need to log in or create an account. After that, you’ll receive a 2XP code (or multiple depending on promotion).
- Log in to your Activision / Call of Duty account (ensure your game platform is linked) and redeem the 2XP code on the official COD redemption page.

Don’t redeem codes while the game is running—close the game if you already have it open after redeeming, so the items show up correctly.
Things to Keep in Mind
- Promotional cans in many regions are available from 1 September 2025 through 31 December 2025 (or while stocks last).
- Not every Monster drink will feature the promo code—only selected flavours and packaging do. Also, availability depends on the region.
- There are also some retailer-exclusive promotions you can find depending on your location.
- Save the proof of purchase or have it ready if the retailer version is part of a special offer.
- You must register the tab code by 31 March 2026 (Europe). After that, the code becomes invalid.
- 2XP tokens: capped at one hour per day, and about 40 hours total per account during the promo.
- Ensure the game version and platform you use are linked with your Activision account before redeeming.
- Redeem the tab code as soon as possible—don’t wait until launch day to enter.
- If you redeem while the game is running, content might not appear until you restart the game or console.
- Keep your game closed when redeeming to avoid delays in content appearing.
- After redeeming your code at Monster’s site, go straight to the Call of Duty redemption page and apply your code there.
- If you hit “max daily redemption”, you’ll need to wait 24 hours before entering another. (One code per person per day in some regions.)
Monster Energy × Call of Duty Promo Rewards
The rewards include both temporary XP tokens and permanent content like skins and blueprints. The first five codes you redeem unlock themed digital items, then additional codes give you 15-minute 2XP tokens with each.
