This feature is ment for stress-testing the systems and infrastructure ahead of launch, ensuring a smooth experience for every player when the doors to Speranza open. The team encourages both veterans and newcomers to join the fight, share feedback, and help shape the final version of ARC Raiders.
ARC Raiders Free Weekend Dates
From October 17 to 19, players can jump into ARC Raiders for free on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, and the Epic Games Store. This Server Slam event is open to everyone aged 16 and above and serves as the final large-scale test before the game officially launches on October 30.
ARC Raiders What’s Included in Free Weekend
Embark Studios invites all players to explore the Dam Battlegrounds. The game’s first playable map is filled with dark forests, abandoned research centers, and flooded ruins. You can play solo or team up with friends. Fight against the ARC — a swarm of hostile machines like Wasps, Ticks, Bastions, and Leapers.
Expect early and mid-tier gear, basic crafting at Speranza’s Workshop, and a handful of trader quests that reveal the story of the Rust Belt. Just keep in mind that all progress made during the Server Slam won’t carry over to launch.

Everyone who joins the Server Slam and links their Embark ID will receive the Server Slammer Backpack. An exclusive cosmetic reward that unlocks when the full game releases.
