Winterspring is the snow-covered valley on the slopes of Mount Hyjal, home to the goblin town of Everlook, frostsabers, and the Winterfall furbolgs. It’s a level 55–60 zone, and in WoW Forever it’s also the doorstep of the new Mount Hyjal endgame. Here’s how to get to Winterspring in WoW Forever, what you need to know before the trip and where to go once you arrive.
WoW Forever Winterspring Key Takeaways:
- Winterspring is a contested level 55–60 zone in northeastern Kalimdor.
- The only ground route runs through the Timbermaw Hold tunnel in northern Felwood.
- You need at least Unfriendly with Timbermaw Hold to cross the tunnel safely.
- Everlook, the neutral goblin town, has flight masters for both factions.
- Blizzard’s Hyjal preview runs through Darkwhisper Gorge, on Winterspring‘s southern edge.
- There are no flying mounts in WoW Forever that would allow you to get to Winterspring faster.
How to Get to Winterspring
To get to Winterspring, enter Timbermaw Hold at the northeastern tip of Felwood and keep going straight after the bridge. The tunnel splits inside; one branch leads to Moonglade, the other opens into southern Winterspring.
- Fly to Talonbranch Glade (Alliance) or Bloodvenom Post (Horde) in Felwood.
- Raise Timbermaw Hold reputation to Unfriendly: take Grazle’s level 48 quest near Felwood‘s southern entrance and turn in Deadwood Headdress Feathers.
- Ride north to Timbermaw Hold, cross the bridgeб and follow the Winterspring branch.
- Follow the road north to Everlook and talk to the flight master.
Every character starts Hostile with Timbermaw Hold, so the furbolgs inside will attack until you’ve done that first bit of reputation. Druids and players who reached Moonglade another way can enter the tunnel from the Moonglade side, but the Winterspring exit is the same.
Killing Timbermaw furbolgs to force your way through lowers your standing further. Do the feather turn-ins first. If you would rather skip the Timbermaw Reputation Farm, we can handle it for you instead!
Winterspring Details in WoW Forever
Winterspring in WoW Forever is a level 55–60 zone that now doubles as the approach to Mount Hyjal. Everlook sits in the middle of the valley with an inn, vendors, and flight masters for both factions. Around it you’ll find the Winterfall furbolg villages (useful for Timbermaw reputation), Frostsaber Rock, Mazthoril with its blue dragonkin, and Darkwhisper Gorge in the far south.
Darkwhisper Gorge is the part that changed in importance. Blizzard’s Mount Hyjal preview describes a journey through the gorge, and Hyjal is Forever’s endgame leveling zone and home to Hyjal Summit, the 20-player raid opening December 9, 2026.

Winterspring Tips
These Winterspring tips help with your first trip to this zone:
- Farm Winterfall Spirit Beads while questing; they push Timbermaw reputation well past Unfriendly.
- Set your hearthstone in Everlook if you plan to farm the zone or head into Hyjal.
- Stay on the road between Everlook and the tunnel; Frostsaber packs patrol the valley.
Winterspring leads directly toward Mount Hyjal through Darkwhisper Gorge, making it part of the route to the new endgame area. If you’re heading there to prepare for Hyjal Summit, our raid service can help you get ready for this new 20-player raid in WoW Forever.
