How to Get to Burning Steppes

How to Get to Burning Steppes

To get to Burning Steppes, ride north out of Redridge Mountains or walk south through Blackrock Mountain from Searing Gorge.

  1. Alliance: fly to Lakeshire in Redridge, take the road north into Burning Steppes and follow it to Morgan’s Vigil in the east of the zone.
  2. Horde: fly to Thorium Point or Kargath, enter Blackrock Mountain from Searing Gorge, exit into Burning Steppes and ride east to Flame Crest.
  3. Either faction can use the Blackrock Mountain route; it’s the natural choice if you’re already in Searing Gorge.
  4. If you are located in the Riverglades, you can get to the Burning Steppes by exiting the area from the west portion of the map, entering the crossroads between the Burning Steppes and Redridge Mountains.

Under level 50, don’t linger on the Redridge Highway. The Blackrock camps along it hit hard, and there’s no flying in WoW Forever to skip them.

Burning Steppes is one of the final leveling stops before the level 60 endgame, with Blackrock Mountain leading into several high-level dungeons. Once you’ve reached 60 and are ready to work through more endgame content, Stratholme is another major dungeon to add to your route, and our service can help you complete it without waiting for a group.
