Back in the days of WotLK, this achievement was a very difficult one, because of the restriction of just 1 hour per week to do this achievement. Additionally, it was a strong raid boss where everyone had to know what to do exactly on each second of the fight.
Now it has become easier to do in some ways, because of how the classes are strong at level 30, but also is way more difficult in other ways. You need almost a full raid of 30 lvl characters that meet the ilvl conditions.

- All characters must be level 30 when facing the Algalon;
- All characters must not have any gear higher than 107 item level.
To match the ilvl requirement, you should complete WotLK raids such as Ulduar itself, Naxxramas, The Obsidian Lair, Eye of Eternity, and WotLK 5-man dungeons. A little tip here: you can use weapons a bit higher ilvl that are very easy to loot from additional dungeons such as Halls of Reflection, Pit of Saron and The Forge of Souls.
