Vile Fiend is one of representatives of the Vilefiends demons from Argus infused with acidic blood through a flawless ritual. They are more beasts than thinking beings, so you can use them as mounts not hesitate if you are brave enough to tame them.
In total, you can find the four type of Vilefiends riding demons exploring the Argus:
- Crimson Slavermaw - drops from Blistermaw (Antoran Wastes, 61.8 37.6)
- Biletooth Gnasher - drops from Puscilla (Antoran Wastes, 64.0 20.8) or Vrax'thul (Antoran Wastes, 53.0 36.6)
- Vile Fiend - drops from Houndmaster Kerrax (Antoran Wastes, 63.8 22.0)
- Acid Belcher - drops from Skreeg the Devourer (Eredath, 50.6 9.8)
But be aware that all of them have a low drop chance (about 3-4%) so Vile Fiend boosting and all other related mount services can take time.
