New World Outpost Rush

Outpost Rush is a 20 vs. 20 PvPvE mode where two teams battle for dominance across a massive battleground rich with resources, powerful objectives, and ancient technologies. Players must capture and upgrade outposts, gather materials, and summon creatures to gain the upper hand. Outpost Rush can be entered solo or in a group of up to five players.

The current battleground, The Tower of Calomel, takes combat to new heights. This towering fortress combines vertical gameplay and layered strategy:

• Outer Battlements – Ideal for ranged combat, but vulnerable to flanking and siege attacks;
• Inner Bailey – The central combat zone with shifting elevations and choke points perfect for close-quarters clashes;
• The Undercroft – A twisting network of tunnels hiding twin mines, valuable resources, a corrupted portal, and the deadly Baroness boss encounter;
• Central Keep – The main capture point anchoring the battlefield, surrounded by fortified gatehouses that challenge both attackers and defenders.

Success in Outpost Rush demands not only combat skill but also teamwork, coordination, and smart resource management.

Participating in Outpost Rush provides valuable end-game rewards and progression opportunities. Completing a match grants an Outpost Rush Cache containing various items and materials.

Key rewards include:

• Ruby Gypsum – Used to craft Gypsum Casts that increase your Expertise;
• Coins and Azoth – The amount varies depending on victory or defeat;
• Outpost Rush Cache – Always awarded upon match completion and may include gear, consumables, and crafting components.

Winning a match grants greater rewards, but even losing players receive meaningful progression items, making Outpost Rush one of the most rewarding activities in New World’s end-game loop.
