The Pattern: Bolt of Imbued Netherweave can be bought from Eiin in Shattrath City. You will need Mana Loom to make it, which you can buy from a nearby NPC.

331 – 336 5x Netherweave Pants (30x Bolt of Netherweave, 5x Rune Thread).

To continue learning this recipe you must return to the Hellfire Peninsula.

336 – 346 10x Netherweave Boots (60x Bolt of Netherweave, 20x Knothide Leather, 10x Rune Thread).
346 – 350 5x Netherweave Tunic (40x Bolt of Netherweave, 10x Rune Thread).

385 – 395 13x Frostwoven Cowl (65x Bolt of Frostweave, 13x Eternium Thread).
395 – 400 5x Duskweave Belt (35x Bolt of Frostweave, 5x Eternium Thread).
400 – 405 120x Bolt of Imbued Frostweave (240x Bolt of Frostweave, 240x Infinite Dust).
405 – 410 5x Duskweave Wristwraps (40x Bolt of Frostweave, 5x Eternium Thread).
410 – 415 5x Duskweave Gloves (45x Bolt of Frostweave, 5x Eternium Thread).
