It’s no secret that Tailoring is the most rewarding profession for players who are proficient in any class of clothing. This profession will allow you to create clothes, embroidery, and bags from fabric, turn fabric into a powerful weapon and increase the characteristics of the equipment. WotLK Tailoring Guide will help you quickly and efficiently master this profession, saving you time and gold.
WotLK Classic Tailoring Bonuses and Benefits
When you complete Wrath Classic Tailoring Leveling you will be able to craft powerful gear like Spellslinger’s Slippers and Royal Moonshroud Robe (for Horde)/ Royal Moonshroud Robe (for Alliance) and increase the stats of Sapphire Spellthread gear heavily with special enchantments. You will also get access to the flying mount Magnificent Flying Carpet.
If you are about to start leveling Tailoring take a look at the list of bonuses this profession offers:
- Darkglow Embroidery cloak Enchant;
- Lightweave Embroidery cloak Enchant;
- Swordguard Embroidery cloak Enchant.
Since Tailoring uses loot that drops from monsters, there is no explicit gathering profession that this is related to.
In addition to tangible and necessary bonuses, Lich King Classic Tailoring is a good way to gold making from the auction. For example, bags, vital and valuable items, will cause a stir in all professions and classes.
WotLK Tailoring is a BiS choice for many caster classes because you can create BiS embroideries that will serve as an enchantment for capes.
Types of Cloth
Of course, you can buy all the materials you need for leveling at an auction, as in the case of other professions. But not everyone wants to spend extra money on it, and others are interested in collecting all the necessary materials themselves. Especially for you, we’ve compiled a list of materials that you’ll definitely need in leveling and locations where you can get them.
You can pick up the cloth from Humanoid mobs, the type depends on the mob’s level. Explore the list of materials and areas where you can farm in:
- Linen Cloth – any starting area;
- Wool Cloth – Darkshore, Westfall, Ashenvale, The Barrens, Hillsbrad Foothills, Silverpine Forest, Ghostlands;
- Silk Cloth – Ashenvale, Desolace, Stranglethorn Vale, Thousand Needles;
- Mageweave Cloth – Azshara, Badlands, Blasted Lands, Feralas, Felwood;
