The Maggot King is Vampyrium's signature boss, releasing alongside The Blood Moon Rises and sitting in difficulty between Phosani's Nightmare and the Inferno. The fight is instanced and demands precise execution on every attempt. Every OSRS Maggot King Boost delivers a guaranteed number of kills, with all loot from every kill kept on your account.
Each kill carries an independent chance at the Crimson Kisten at 1/500 and the Elder Venator Fang at 1/350. The Elder Venator Fang is the sole component needed to craft the Necklace of Rupture — etched with 84 Crafting and combined with a Necklace of Anguish. Specific drops are random — what we guarantee is the kill count. Every other drop from each kill stays on your account regardless of what lands. After each kill, the Maggot King's corpse must be interacted with before it respawns.
