About OSRS LMS Boosting Service
Last Man Standing is a battle royale PvP minigame in Old School RuneScape where 4–24 players fight on a randomly selected island. In Competitive mode — the only mode that awards points — exactly 24 players enter, all gear is standardised for the chosen account build, and no items can be brought in. Three builds are available: Max/Med, Zerker, and 1 Def Pure. Players start with a default kit and must loot chests using Bloody Keys and Bloodier Keys dropped by eliminated opponents to upgrade their gear. After a kill, health, prayer, special attack energy, and supplies are fully restored. A fog mechanic shrinks the play area over time, forcing remaining players together. The last player standing wins.
Points are earned in Competitive mode based on final placement and kill count. The point system was updated in April 2026 — the table below shows the current values. Maximum points per game is 9, achieved by finishing 1st with 5 or more kills.
| Placement | Points |
|---|---|
| 1st place | 6 |
| 2nd place | 5 |
| 3rd / 4th place | 4 |
| 5th–9th place | 3 |
| 10th–19th place | 1 |
| Bonus: 3 kills | +2 |
| Bonus: 5 kills | +3 |
Kill bonuses do not stack — 5 kills gives +3, not +2+3. The Pro targets top placements with maximum kills to reach 9 points per game where possible.
Points are spent at Justine's Stuff for the Last Shopper Standing in Ferox Enclave. Each point is worth up to 20,000 GP when exchanged for high-value items. One key rule added in May 2026: at least one competitive win is required before purchasing tradeable items from the shop. Buy OSRS LMS Boost at Overgear and the Pro secures the first win as part of the session if not already achieved.
