How does Season Pass work in Modern Warfare 3?

For any in-game activities, you will earn experience for your battle pass. 1 level equals 1 token, which can be exchanged for 1 reward of the sector. In a sector with 5 rewards, there are 4 regular ones and 1 main sector reward. Usually, these are weapon blueprints or operator skins. After collecting 5 tokens, you'll first have to spend 4 on regular rewards, and only then exchange the 5th token for the main one. Only then you can move on to the next sector.

Will I get as many rewards as I have tokens?

If you bought the latest version of the Battle Pass in the Call of Duty store, then yes, you can exchange each token for 1 reward. If you didn't buy the Battle Pass, you will only have access to 1 reward per sector, but you'll still have to spend the tokens for all the sector's rewards as if you had earned them.
