Destiny 2 Renegades New Exotics

Destiny 2 Renegades Exotics

With the release of Destiny 2 Renegades, six new Exotics have also been added to the game. There are three new weapons, including the yearned-for Praxic Blade, and three new armor pieces for Hunter, Warlock, and Titan:

  • Praxic Blade — Kinetic Sword; throwing the blade on a heavy attack clears out entire groups of mobs, especially in add-control builds. The Kinetic Sword has a unique feature that reflects damage back to the enemy.
  • Heirloom — Solar Combat Bow; this Solar Combat Bow shoots mobs and flies to the next target. The longer you charge, the stronger the explosion. Especially good in Solar builds and when playing with Scorch mods.
  • Service of Luzaku — Strand LMG; this weapon heals allies when firing from the hip, spawns Threadlings, and buffs damage. Suitable for builds focused on Strand synergy.
  • Praxic Vestment — Titan Chest; this Exotic literally gives you Thundercrash in mini format, but with reload and control.
  • Deimosuffusion — Warlock Helmet; this head works both like a ‘damage-dealer’ and ‘healer’ item, as it deals DoT to suspended combatants, healing you in the process.
  • Fortune’s Favor — Hunter Boots; with these Hunter Boots, you get a buff overshield for kills, gaining an increase to all stats. While active, you are almost invulnerable.

Since exotic armor is class-specific, you can obtain it by playing this exact class. Primarily, you need to complete a campaign while playing as Warlock, Hunter, or Titan to get an Exotic Class Item.

Destiny 2 Renegades How to Get Exotics

Destiny 2 Renegades Exotics

There are two main ways to get Destiny 2 Renegades Exotics: completing the Legendary Campaign or looting Keycards from the Lawless Frontier. Completing the campaign will grant you access to class Exotics, i.e., Praxic Vestment, Deimosuffusion, Fortune’s Favor. Weapons, however, have their own unlock route.

✏️ While the completion of Legendary Campaign guarantees an exotic item for your class, Keycards offer a more randomized option.

However, there’s one more activity that can also result in getting an exotic item — Fire and Ice mission. This mission is new and one of the toughest in the game, as you need to deal with numerous mechanics and a multi-phase boss encounter. But the rewards are totally worth it, as you can get the Praxic Blade Exotic upon completing the mission.

Destiny 2 Renegades How to Get Keycards

Destiny 2 Renegades Exotics

Exotic Keycards in Destiny 2 Renegades normally drop from chests, primarily from bonus objective chests in the Lawless Frontier. If you are lucky enough to get the Keycard, go to the location stated on this card and look for a Keycard room, filled with chests. One of these chests will grant you an exotic item.

📌 Opening a chest when your class already owns one of the Exotics will provide you with a random exotic.

Destiny 2 Renegades Exotic Armor

Three pieces of Destiny 2 Renegades exotic armor appear in this expansion: Praxic Vestment for Titans, Deimosuffusion helmet for Warlocks, and Fortune’s Favor Hunter boots. If you plan any of these classes, complete the campaign in Destiny 2 Renegades to receive your exotic piece.

📌 Exotic Perks will be added soon.

Destiny 2 Praxic Vestment

Destiny 2 Renegades Exotics

Activating Praxic Vestment gives Titans Thundercrash-style flight with extra vertical lift. Stats that you can roll for this item are Health, Melee, Grenade, Super, Class, and Weapons.

Praxic Vestment Exotic Perks

Praxic Lift — you can ram into enemies while flying, and your attack will emit a blinding energy burst and grant bonus melee energy. Nearby enemies are also tagged with Exhaust while flying.

Destiny 2 How to Get Praxic Vestment

The Praxic Vestment in Destiny 2 Renegades unlocks automatically after completing the main Renegades storyline on Legendary difficulty as a Titan. There are no RNGs and no hidden conditions for this vestment. The only difficulty lies in the campaign itself, with its tricky objectives and complicated mechanics. But when you finish the final mission, go to your inventory, and the Praxic Vestment will already be there.

Destiny 2 Deimosuffusion

Destiny 2 Renegades Exotics

When wearing Deimosuffusion as a Warlock and using a Strand Rift, nearby enemies are suspended above the rift. You can roll Health, Melee, Grenade, Super, Class, and Weapons stats.

Deimosuffusion Exotic Perks

Malevolent Grasps — Casting Rift suspends nearby combatants. Suspended enemies take damage over time, and breaking free inflicts additional damage. Killing a suspended enemy grants a chunk of health.

Destiny 2 How to Get Deimosuffusion

The Deimosuffusion helmet appears as a guaranteed story reward upon completion of the Destiny 2 Renegades campaign on Legendary difficulty as a Warlock. Luckily, there’s no need to complete side quests or farm drops to get Deimosuffusion. Just finish the story, and you’ll get it automatically.

Destiny 2 Fortune’s Favor

Destiny 2 Renegades Exotics

Fortune’s Favor in Destiny 2 Renegades are Hunter’s boots. Once the shield breaks, you get bonus mobility. For these boots, you can roll Health, Melee, Grenade, Super, Class, and Weapons.

Fortune’s Favor Exotic Perks

Kismet — making kills while at full health (or after staying out of combat) grants an overshield that boosts your weapon damage, accuracy, stability, and handling. Kills while the overshield is active refresh its duration.

Destiny 2 How to Get Fortune’s Favor

The Fortune’s Favor exotic is given after completing the Destiny 2 Renegades Campaign on Legendary difficulty as a Hunter. Complete the story or ask our team to do it for you, return to the rewards menu, and Fortune’s Favor is yours. By the way, this is one of the easiest Exotics to obtain at the start.

Destiny 2 Renegades Exotic Weapons

There are three Destiny 2 Renegades exotic weapons: Praxic Blade, Heirloom, and Service of Luzaku. While these weapons can serve as your primary choice for builds, they require time and determination to obtain.

📌 Exotic Perks will be added soon.

Destiny 2 Praxic Blade

Destiny 2 Renegades Exotics

Praxic Blade is among the Destiny 2 Renegades best exotics. Stats that you can roll are Impact, Swing, Speed, Charge Rate, Guard Resistance, Guard, and Endurance.

Destiny 2 How to Get Praxic Blade

Destiny 2 Renegades Exotics

Praxic Blade is unlocked through the exotic mission Fire & Ice, which appears after completing key steps in the Destiny 2 Renegades campaign (it appears around step 33 of 45). The mission follows a linear route, so it’s hard to get lost. Here’s how to complete the Fire & Ice mission to get Praxic Blade:

  1. Reach Step 33 of the campaign and start the Fire and Ice mission.
  2. Find an entrance — a bunker-style room, clear enemies, and activate the terminal in front of the blast doors.
  3. Enter the new room, activate the pyramid device, clear enemies, and enter the opened portal.
  4. In a similar room inside the portal, pick up Imbalanced Octant.
  5. Climb the tower in the middle of the room and jump into it.
  6. Move forward until you reach the large vault structure.
  7. Wrap around to the front of the door, climb up to the level above the door, and enter the crack to the right.
  8. Cross back along the ledge and enter the third crack.
  9. In the corridor, take the hole on the right.
  10. In the next room, walk across the beam to the end.
  11. Turn around, jump onto the piston platforms, and crawl through the small opening.
  12. Move forward through the tunnel and drop down.
  13. In the disappearing-floor room, move right → along the left wall → forward to reach the exit.
  14. Climb the wall, follow the snow trail across the roof, and exit through the hole leading outside.
  15. Go through the terrain to the upper front balcony of the vault.
  16. Activate the pyramid device and enter the portal.
  17. At the first encounter, clear adds and charge the four hoops:
    – Kill two of the same elite for a white ball.
    – Kill one Taken + one Cabal for a dark ball.
    – Throw balls one per side to avoid imbalance.
  18. After all hoops are charged, activate the Octant and enter the new portal.
  19. Damage the final boss to the last quarter, then charge the two black hoops using the same ball logic.
  20. Spawn elites by activating the pyramid switches on the central platforms.
  21. Charge both hoops, finish the boss, claim your Praxic Blade, complete the short blade tutorial, and exit the mission.

Just follow our guidelines, complete the battles, and pick up the Praxic Blade at the end. Or, ask our team to complete all of these steps for even faster acquisition of the desired weapon.

Destiny 2 Heirloom

Destiny 2 Renegades Exotics

If you want a Chewbacca-inspired explosive crossbow, then Heirloom is definitely your choice. All stats that you can roll for Heirloom are Impact, Velocity, Persistance, Handling, Reload Speed, Aim Assistance, Zoom, Airborne Effectiveness, Ammo Generation.

Heirloom Exotic Perks

Bolt Thrower — firing bolts launches high-damage explosive rounds (it even has anti-Unstoppable rounds). ADS charges up to 3 levels, each charge adding more damage and blast radius.

Destiny 2 How to Get Heirloom

Destiny 2 Renegades Exotics

Heirloom drops as a rare exotic reward in the Equilibrium Dungeon in Destiny 2 Renegades, and the drop chance increases at higher difficulties. New players can still farm it at the normal level; it will take a few runs to get Heirloom, but it’s a working method. If you want to get it faster, gather a group and run the dungeon in a series, or reach out to our team.

Destiny 2 Service of Luzaku

Destiny 2 Renegades Exotics

Service of Luzaku is the first-of-its-kind “support frame” machine gun in Destiny 2 Renegades. You roll these stats upon receiving this weapon: Impact, Range, Stability, Handling, Reload Speed, Aim Assistance, Zoom, Airborne Effectiveness, and Ammo Generation.

Service of Luzaku Exotic Perks

  • Dichotomous Thinking — hitting enemies builds up a healing charge; hip-firing on allies then heals them (with no ammo cost) and refills your mag, and rapidly healing teammates boosts the gun’s damage and spawns Threadling minions. Final blows spawn a Threadling Nest for more minions.
  • Meaning-Making — Final blows with this weapon create a Threadling nest that periodically spawns Threadlings. Final blows with this weapon near an existing Threadling nest create a Threadling instead.

  • Accurized Rounds — This weapon can fire longer distances. Increases range.
  • Hand-Laid Stock — This weapon is optimized for recoil control. Increases stability.

  1. Paid season pass. You get the Service of Luzaku on Day 1 by purchasing the paid pass.
  2. Level 70. Level up the pass to reach Level 70 and claim the Service of Luzaku as a high-level reward.

Destiny 2 Renegades Exotic Items

Exotic items in Destiny 2 Renegades are useful pieces of equipment that belong mostly to the cosmetic category. However, each item is pretty valuable, so they are definitely worth your attention. Destiny 2 Renegades exotic items include:

  • Hieratic Shell — a special ghost shell;
  • Chitin King — a futuristic exotic ship;
  • Sunchaser — a sparrow.

Destiny 2 Hieratic Shell

Destiny 2 Renegades Exotics

Hieratic Shell is an exotic ghost shell (cosmetics) added in Renegades and part of the exclusive Trials of Osiris rewards set. It has no combat perks or unique functional improvements (like most Trials cosmetics), but it belongs to the category of the rarest collectibles of the season.

Destiny 2 How to Get Hieratic Shell

Hieratic Shell is obtained from the Flawless Chest in Trials of Osiris, which means you need to win seven matches in a row. For beginners it’s best to team up with an experienced group to get Trials of Osiris Wins; otherwise, it will be difficult to get a full win. After receiving it for the first time, the shell may reappear as a repeatable reward.

Destiny 2 Chitin King

Destiny 2 Renegades Exotics

Chitin King is a rare exotic ship (vehicle) from Renegades, belonging to the same line as Hieratic Shell and Sunchaser. Its design is based on chitin textures (the name confirms this directly), and the ship itself is part of the “flawless cosmetics” Trials of Osiris.

Destiny 2 How to Get Chitin King

The Chitin King ship drops from the Flawless Chest from Trials of Osiris in Destiny 2 Renegades, so a perfect winning streak is required. The ship is one of the most prestigious cosmetic Exotics, and you can get it only through a flawless achievement. If you missed a week, wait for the next Trials rotation.

Destiny 2 Sunchaser

Destiny 2 Renegades Exotics

Sunchaser is an exotic Renegades sparrow (vehicle) that complements the style of the Trials season. As it is Trials-exclusive, it falls into the “prestige cosmetics” category and is also one of the rarest Renegades cosmetic rewards.

Destiny 2 How to Get Sunchaser

Sunchaser is a rare Trials Flawless Exotic in Destiny 2 Renegades that you can get from a chest after a seven-win streak. If you are a beginner, join stacks or LFG teams for easier completion. Also, you can get Trial of Osiris Bundle to ease the process. Once you get it, you add the Sparrow to your collection permanently.
