Dungeons are worth three Legacy Points in WoW Forever, and getting them means running 33 instances across the three Spelunker achievements. Novice covers six, Experienced ten, Master seventeen — and the last one is the whole high-level list, from Blackrock Depths to both sides of Stratholme.
What makes it slow is not the difficulty. Most of these are five-mans people clear on the way to 60 anyway. The problem is that the achievement asks for every single one, including the wings nobody bothers with and the three new instances added with WoW Forever.
