The belts, boots, and shoulders form a small set of their own, with bonuses to stamina and critical strike chance on top of the individual stats. All three come in versions for levels 28, 38, 48, and 58, except the shoulders, which exist only at 60.
The tabard is the odd one out. It is not sold by the quartermaster — reaching Exalted opens a final quest that asks you to hold all five bases at the same time, and two earlier battleground quests have to be finished before it appears.
