Attunement is required to enter the Tempest Keep raid in TBC Anniversary progression content. The process begins in Shadowmoon Valley with the long quest chain starting from The Hand of Gul’dan and eventually ending with The Cipher of Damnation questline. To complete The Eye attunement in The Burning Crusade Anniversary, players must:
- Complete the Shadowmoon Valley attunement storyline;
- Finish Heroic Shattered Halls;
- Finish Heroic Steamvault;
- Finish Heroic Arcatraz;
- Defeat Magtheridon in Magtheridon’s Lair;
- Return to Khadgar to receive The Tempest Key.
After completing these quests, players receive The Tempest Key attunement chain from Khadgar in Shattrath City. This part of the process requires completing several Heroic dungeons and defeating important raid bosses before access to Tempest Keep is granted.
Because Heroic dungeon keys and raid progression are required, The Eye attunement is considered one of the longer preparation chains in The Burning Crusade Anniversary. However, you can skip it entirely with our team, who can complete the Tempest Keep Attunement for you.

In TBC Anniversary The Eye, players can obtain Tier 5 set tokens in addition to regular raid loot. Two bosses inside Tempest Keep drop Tier 5 armor tokens, with each boss rewarding a different armor slot.
| Boss | Slot |
|---|---|
| Void Reaver | Shoulders |
| Kael’thas Sunstrider | Chest |
Additionally, the Burning Crusade Anniversary The Eye Tier Set tokens are separated into class groups:
- Vanquished Defender: Warrior, Priest, Druid;
- Vanquished Hero: Hunter, Mage, Warlock;
- Vanquished Champion: Paladin, Rogue, Shaman.
Tier 5 gear is exchanged at vendors in Shattrath City, allowing players to choose the set piece that matches their class specialization. Since Tempest Keep only drops chest and shoulder tokens, players must also clear Serpentshrine Cavern to complete the full Tier 5 armor set. It can take a long time to complete the whole Tier 5 Set, but we can help you speed up the process and eliminate the grind!
TBC Anniversary The Eye Bosses
There are four main The Burning Crusade Anniversary The Eye bosses inside the Tempest Keep raid:
Tempest Keep raid in TBC Anniversary starts in the outer areas of the keep and moves deeper into the structure as players progress through each fight. The final fight against Kael’thas takes place at the top of the raid and serves as the main progression check of the tier.
Al’ar
Al’ar is the first boss in The Burning Crusade Anniversary Tempest Keep raid. It has two phases with different positioning and responsibilities. Before pulling the boss, assign platform Tanks, add Tanks, and raid healers. Healers should conserve mana during Phase 1 because Phase 2 has much heavier raid damage. Melee players should stay ready near ramps to intercept Phoenix adds, while Ranged players remain near the middle of the room for consistent boss damage.
Here is a quick TBC Anniversary Al’ar strategy breakdown:
- Main Tank stands on the active platform with Al’ar.
- Off-Tanks wait near ramps to quickly grab Ember of Al’ar adds.
- Melee stand near the bottom of ramps and kill Phoenix adds immediately.
- Ranged DPS stay in the center and attack the boss while avoiding fire damage.
- When Al’ar casts Flame Quills, every player on platforms must jump down immediately.
- After Rebirth starts Phase 2, position Al’ar in the center of the room.
- Tanks must taunt swap every time Melt Armor is applied.
- Move away from Flame Patch as soon as it appears under you.
- During Dive Bomb, Off-Tanks pick up Phoenix adds and drag them away from the boss for Melee to kill.
- Assign several Healers to focus on raid healing during Phase 2 because of Flame Buffet damage.
Void Reaver
TBC Anniversary The Eye boss Void Reaver is mainly about positioning, threat management, and surviving raid damage. Before the pull, assign spread positions for all ranged players around the room to reduce the chance of multiple players being hit by Arcane Orb. Tanks should immediately move the boss to the center of the room while the raid spreads into assigned locations.
Here is an easy version of The Burning Crusade Anniversary Void Reaver strategy in The Eye:
- Use 3 to 4 Tanks to maintain a stable threat on the boss.
- The Main Tank keeps Void Reaver in the center of the room at all times.
- Off-Tanks should build as much threat as possible in case of threat drops or Tank deaths.
- Warrior Tanks can dual-wield while not actively tanking to generate extra threat, then switch back to a shield when taunting.
- Ranged players must stay spread out around the room to reduce Arcane Orb damage.
- Move away from incoming Arcane Orbs immediately.
- Melee players stay behind the boss and prepare for heavy damage from Pounding.
- Assign Shamans to continuously cast Chain Heal on the Melee group during Pounding.
- Use Healthstones and personal consumables if Healers fall behind.
High Astromancer Solarian
High Astromancer Solarian in TBC Anniversary The Eye requires strong raid coordination. Before the pull, assign Arcane Soakers with Arcane Resistance gear and stand away from the raid.
Here is The Burning CRusade Anniversary High Astromancer Solarian strategy:
- Assign 2 Arcane Soakers with high Arcane Resistance.
- Players with Wrath of the Astromancer must run to the soakers immediately.
- Ignore threat during Phase 1 and use maximum DPS on Solarian.
- Spread properly to reduce unnecessary raid damage.
- During Portal phases, Tanks must gather all Solarium Agents quickly.
- Use heavy AoE damage to kill Solarium Agents fast.
- Melee should immediately interrupt and stun Solarium Priests when they spawn.
- Repeat the Phase 1 and Portal cycle until Solarian reaches 20% health.
- In Phase 3, keep Fear Ward active on the Tank at all times.
- Shamans should maintain Tremor Totem for Melee groups during Psychic Scream.
Kael’thas Sunstrider
The TBC Anniversary Kael’thas Sunstrider fight in the Tempest Keep raid is the longest one so far. The most important part of the fight is for every player to know where each Advisor dies because they resurrect in the same locations later in the fight.
Here is a quick version of The Burning Crusade Anniversary Kael’thas Sunstrider strategy in The Eye:
- Kill Thaladred the Darkener first while Fixated players kite him away from the raid.
- Tank Lord Sanguinar against a wall.
- Have a Warlock tank Grand Astromancer Capernian at max range near the back of the room.
- Tank Master Engineer Telonicus on the opposite side of Sanguinar
- Kill all seven Legendary Weapons during Phase 2.
- Have Hunters tank Netherstrand Longbow away from the raid.
- Use AoE damage to clear grouped weapons while interrupting Cosmic Infuser heals.
- Prepare for all Advisors to resurrect where they originally died during Phase 3.
- Use Bloodlust during the Advisor resurrection phase.
- Ranged DPS focus Thaladred first and then Capernian during Phase 3.
- Melee DPS stay on Sanguinar and Telonicus.
- Equip Staff of Disintegration to remove Telonicus stun effects.
- Stop all DPS when Mind Control happens.
- Use Infinity Blade attacks to remove Mind Control safely.
- Off-Tanks drag Phoenixes away from the raid and avoid the explosion when they die.
- Kill every Phoenix Egg before they hatch.
- During Shock Barrier, quickly break the shield so Pyroblast can be interrupted.
- Use Phaseshift Bulwark to survive the first Pyroblast if interrupts are delayed.
- At 50% health, spread out during Gravity Lapse to prevent Netherbeam from bouncing between players.
This fight is one of the longest and most difficult raid encounters so far, so being prepared with BiS Gear can make a big difference between a successful boss kill and a wipe.
